RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. Overall quite satisfied with Green Oak. Recommend.

He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. And let's be real--there are plenty of men who don't know a thing about renovation either, but they're never treated that way. I've been looking for over a year for reliable contractors. I had plans to extend my home, add a garage, and get the roof done. The quotes I got? Wild. One guy told me it would cost a minimum of $300,000 to extend my house 450 sq. ft.--just 10 feet out. Another quoted $100,000 just to build a basic garage. I was bouncing between disrespect and overcharging, and it was exhausting. So I said, let me start small and realistic. The roof. Meeting him for the first time, he was very confident and knowledgeable. He assured me he was experienced and wouldn't take advantage of my situation by charging more than I could reasonably afford. He got on the roof and went into the attic and reassured me my roof was fine. I still didn't know where the leak was coming from. The next day Matt called me, although his role was over and there was no roof issue to repair. He said he had been preoccupied trying to figure out the leak source. He suggested I call my insurance company to file a claim and have them look for the issue. My carrier surprised me and came out the same day (Dec 31). The leak was found on a cold water line and immediately repaired. They sent water restoration people (also Matt's suggestion) who took over to address any moisture and begin to rebuild the wall and floor section that had been damaged. I am so thankful I met Matt! He is one of the last honest and caring artisans I have met in recent years. His voluntary follow up with us shows me that some people still have a conscience and do care that working people don't get cheated.
