I didn't get a quote until 8/29 but needed to confirm how they were cleaning the gutters first and if they would be able to repair any damaged gutters if noticed while cleaning. Sent an email 8/29 (no response to my question) & 8/31 (to follow up) & 9/5 (before I went with another vendor). I can't speak for the work, but I can definitely say communication needs to be improved based on my personal experience.

The damage estimate was $1,025.00 plus they said he grossly over charged me according to the product/materials used. I had to go through my credit card company to recover the money paid to Jason in order to have the roof repairs done. The roofing company even had to add more screws/bolts to secure the gutter guards that Jason installed, a bad storms would have blown the gutter guards down. This company is very unprofessional and does TERRIBLE work. If there is a problem they will not return your calls or make it right with the customer. The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! It has been a long time, since I have experienced such professional and outstanding customer service!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future (and plan to)!!!
