I was approached by Dean to file a claim the company has done a lot of roofs in my neighborhood so I thought what the hell if it works great if not I had nothing to loose. The insurance company denied the roof replacement at this point I was dealing with a project specialist named Kelly Nemphis who told me we were not done yet they had one more trick up their sleeves and we can file a legal claim with their attorneys. So I did and I'll be dammed we are now waiting for the case to settle and I will get my new roof! I really was not sure if this was a scam or not but Kelly has been to my house many times in a wrapped car that says Roofing Pros USA all over it and I figured she would not be driving that for the hell of it. She has been super helpfull got up on the roof and put a tarp where it was leaking I enjoyed watching her struggle with that it had to be the size of my house can't believe she did not fall off with the wind blowing the way it was. She even stopped to pick me up cigarettes on the way out to my house. Its been a great experience so far and the roof is not even done yet. there are 3 people in my neighborhood who's roofs are completed and they look great and have no complaints nothing but great things from all of them. Part of the roofing scam, do not let them look at your roof, they solicited me and with door hangers. Look up Senate and house laws, they are not allowing to door hang or solicit. Look up the Senate bill, and House Bill. They put part of the Statue on there contracts, yet they exclude the part that soliciting anyone in any way is illegal.
