I selected Rooms To Go due to their reputation for customer service and quality merchandise. I purchased two bedroom sets and a dining room table set. The furniture is being delivered on various dates as they become available. Although this in an inconvenience and hardship to make arrangements to be available it's out of their control. Both of the bedroom sets were faulty. On one of the dressers none of the drawers closed. The delivery personnel Phillip and Kendrell are exceptional. They noticed the issue and made a notation which made requesting a replacement very easy. I did have issues with customer service preferring to send out a service representative. Today, we received the other bedroom set. We did not get our normal delivery personnel who we always request. The nightstand is visibly broken and it does not illuminate as it should. The dresser also has black markings all over it which are not a cosmetic feature of the piece. When I called customer service, I had difficulty requesting a replacement due to the delivery personnel not including photos of the damage. I was sent a link to provide photos. I was told I would receive a recall after the photos were received in order to request a replacement, I was not called. I recalled them and demanded to speak to a manager. Despite multiple requests, I was told by a representative that he would correct the issues. We discovered the replacement dresser that is scheduled for 10/16 was actually the dresser that was delivered today. So the wrong dresser would have been delivered. Reportedly, he submitted a request to have the nightstand and both dressers replaced. The Rooms to Go salesman Bobby Leslie (Murfreesboro, TN) is outstanding and so are delivery personnel Phillip Carter and Kendrell out of Augusta, GA. The customer service staff leave a lot to be desired. The website also makes it impossible to circumvent the system of having to call Rooms To Go in order to speak to a manager, but the representatives refuse to allow you to. I first bought a sectional which I am very happy with. At the same time I purchased a Lazy Boy recliner. First of all I was told my delivery would be a month. The salesman said it was because they only deliver to my area once or twice a month. Come to find out it was because the sectional was out of stock. When it was delivered I didn't think to recline in the recliner until after the delivery men were gone. When I did sit in the recliner and tried to recline the manual handle was so hard I had to get my husband to push it back. In addition it made a horrible sound. I called and told customer service I wasn't happy with it and I wanted to return it. I said I would go back to the store and pick out another recliner. I did and the one I sat in at the store was very comfortable. $900 and something dollars later and a restocking fee I purchased the recliner. When he put it together I saw it was crooked and there were tape marks on the seat. I immediately called and had them deliver another. However after I have been sitting in this chair it is nothing like the one I sat in at the store. The seat is so shallow and the lumbar back pushes you out of the seat. Came here because other military wives told me this is where they got their furniture. Nobody said anything negative and they all said they loved it and had no problems. So we come in to browse and are met with Marilyn. She was nice, not too pushy, and helped us get "express delivery". We were sold on the pieces and were told it'd be delivered in 5 days. While there she showed us the touch screen system that lets you get a sort of glance as to what your furniture would look like in the home. We got to view various colors, different accent pillow designs, and it was actually helpful with our decision making. We get a text a few days prior for a 4 hour delivery time frame. They showed up after the first hour, and were in and out. Quick delivery and no actual issues there. However, our pieces show up: a rug, decorative pillows, and HALF our sectional. Apparently one part is on back order, just one part...of a sectional. The store didn't let us know, the delivery drivers kept saying, ".. are you missing something?" - then to call the 1 800 number, and now we've been on hold with customer service for about 20 minutes. We won't be back, and we won't recommend others to come here either. Also, unlike other reviewers, they did not ask for a tip, but that's probably because I turned into a raging demon after not receiving my entire order. Wish I had read all the reviews before shopping at RTG. Not only do they have very poor customer service, but delivery is a nightmare which we had to endure more then once. We ordered a dinning room set. It was delivered at 9pm after we waited all day being told it would arrive around noon. The next day we noticed a big glob like mark on the corner of the table which looked like the paint was rubbed into a blob. The when taking the plastic off the chairs we noticed a cut in the fabric. So again we waited for a replacement on the table which they did not replace the whole table, but only the damaged part....this was done twice being the first time they came with the wrong section. Then they came back the 4th time to replace the chair. We haven't even used the table yet 2 1/2 months later and when dusting it I noticed a small cut in the table. It just never ends. read more

I really need to update my experiences with Room To Go (RTG). I write this with frustration, disappointment, and yes, some anger. This does not involve a delivery I had but a delivery my renters had. We had new renters that moved in and within a few days of their move in, they had a delivery of two sets of beds with mattresses. Besides getting the delivery wrong for them, the major issue I have is that the delivery company that RTG uses damaged the interior of my rental home's walls and stairs. The delivery occurred on 6 Jan 18 and since them I have been attempting to get some type of compensation for damages. The home is a split-level so it requires some slow maneuvering to get large items up both sets of stairs. The movers just wanted to get out of there and banged the rails going up the stairs, scratching the paint off. The walls going up both sets of stairs have long scratches in it and the corner literally was scraped to the drywall. One of the steps were broken. I have talked to RTG without avail and am still waiting for someone from the company who delivers for RTG to call me. I am RTG feels that it is not their fault, but they are responsible for all companies that they contract out to deliver goods. All I want now is to be reimbursed for the damages of this. I have the pictures of the before and after the delivery. Since RTG is to redeliver the correct box spring size soon, I will be there. I cannot recommend RTG for any purchases unless you carry it out yourself. I on the other hand will never purchase from them again. If my renters make purchases from RTG, they know to contact me as I will be there again to make sure the delivery goes without damaging the home. I will keep you updated "if' I am contacted and reimbursed about the damages. I am updating this based upon my last conversation with RTG. Remember now I just had new renters into the home. They were not even there three weeks and still unpacking! All RTG did was talk to a driver. They did not send anyone out to look at the damages, that clearly would reveal the delivery service errors. I would not recommend Rooms To Go to anyone based on their Delivery Services used. Nor will we make further purchases. "In regards to your property damage claim, I regret to inform you that your claim has been denied. Based on the evidence provided, we will not hold our driver liable as the damage in your home is not consistent with that of 2 mattresses and a box spring. I also had a chance to speak with the driver on the claim and he advised me that your home was in that condition upon his arrival. One came up and pointed me in the direction of the beds. When I asked if I could get some help, he asked me what kind of help did I need seeing that all the beds were in one area. If I could give them zero stars I would. I bought two couches from them and one was a floor model. Within a month both couches had issues with the stitching and were coming apart at the seems, I called their customer service and they sent someone out to look at them who agreed that both issues were manufacturers defects. About a week later I heard from them and they said they had stopped making the couches and would need to issue me a credit, but would only do so for one couch, which was a real issue because they were purchased as a set. After about an hour of going round and round with them, they agreed to let me pick out a new couch and keep both couches so I could hopefully have them fixed at my own expense, but worst case could use parts from one to have the other fixed. We went down to the store to pick out a new couch. After looking for someone to help us for about 15-20 minutes we spoke with the manager who said the person who sold us the original couch (Sam) would help us, but he completely ignored us. After another 20 minutes we asked someone else for help who said they couldn't help us only Sam,our original person could. Finally the manager came back and helped us process the request, but only after we insisted we couldn't wait any longer, however, they couldn't deliver the couch for another 2 weeks. First, they told me unless I could pick it up from their warehouse in Atlanta, but when I said I was going to be in Gwinnett county the next day, they said they couldn't do it. 2 weeks later, the couch is finally supposed to get delivered (mind you it's been over a month since my initial call) I get a call from the delivery truck saying they won't drive down my gravel driveway because they could get stuck. Meanwhile, there is literally a Georgia Power truck (much larger than theirs) leaving my house without issue, but they still refuse to come down the driveway and want me to stop what I'm doing and come get the couch in my truck in the rain. After waiting for 20 minutes for them to rearrange their truck, they tell me they're going to swap the couch out. When I tell them this isn't what we agreed to, they tell me they're just doing what they're told and can't do anything. I call customer service and wait on hold for another 20 minutes before being told that they didn't agree to that. I told them to go back and listen to the recorded call, but they just keep telling me about notes in their system and refusing to fix the problem. When I ask them what they're going to do with the defective couch, they tell me they're going to dispose of it. At this point I've probably wasted about 7 hours on the issue and have spent close to $1500 on two couches that didn't last 2 months. Go anywhere else. read more

Where do I begin? Bought a new master bedroom set from Rooms to Go back in late November, 2020. This was my second time looking at furniture at Rooms to Go and my first time actually pulling the trigger to buy furniture here. The first time I looked was back in 2016 and they told me to expect about a 1-2 month wait for delivery due to a backlog of orders. I chose not buy at Rooms to Go at the time because another furniture store I looked at had same week delivery. Well, its now November 2020 and they told me at the time of my first purchase that it would be a 2-3 month wait due to COVID. Let me begin here, this waiting period is a scam. They don't actually have any furniture on their floor in the warehouse. No matter what (COVID or not), expect a long waiting period for your delivery (COVID is just their excuse for this year, and I'm sure they'll make up another excuse as the weeks tick by after COVID). Anyway, moving on to the warranty...don't bother as its only there for sales commissions for the sales personnel and they'll mail you parts for your furniture if you ever need a replacement (more on that later). In general, the sales people are pretty sleazy and only want you to buy the furniture and a warranty. From my experience, they are not practicing your typical Covid-19 protocols (or if they were, not wearing masks properly nor sanitizing regularly). Overall though, I thought this would be the end of my worries, but little did I know what awaited. Fast forward 3 months to Feb 11th for my long awaited delivery. The furniture was out for delivery and my family was a morning appointment. I received a robo-text two days prior confirming it and thought it would go seamless. However, the delivery experience was a mess. Out of the master bedroom set, the mirror arrived in multiple pieces (shattered) and the master bedroom chest arrived with a drawer completely damaged. The delivery team told me that I should expect a phone call to reschedule a new delivery for the replacements. Again, this was almost another scam. I received a phone call only to be told that they'd add my "requirements" to my delivery notes and expect another phone call later this day. Three days later I never received any call. Instead, my wife called the customer service phone line and was meet with a ~50 minute wait time to finally speak with someone. The customer service agent (farmed out to another country) barely spoke English managed to schedule a drawer for expedited delivery via UPS. Two days later, the drawer arrived and it didn't fit due to the sizing of the rails on the drawer and chest. AT this point, my wife and I had given up. We finally went back to the store to find a fix as we were still missing a mirror and our new drawer didn't fit. Upon walking in, a sales agent agent asked if he could help us and we asked to speak to a manager to finally sort this mess out. We were lead to a tiny standing desk with the registers and a small 1x5 hole where the managers worked. The manager never came out and greeted us and only worked with us through this tiny impersonal window. Speaking with the manager, she scheduled the mirror for delivery for the next week because somehow it was "in-stock". However, her solution to the chest was to simply order another drawer and tracks to self install into the chest. Well, one week later the mirror was finally installed and two hours of frustrating install later I had fixed the chest myself. The new drawer didn't fit, sand I had to jury rig the new chest to accept at least one of the new drawers sent with the seemingly random parts they shipped to my house. Why couldn't they send a technician out to fix the chest? It's because no one at this store or company cares about you. In general, avoid this place like the plague and shop anywhere else. tl;dr: Expect a 2-3 month delivery timeframe no matter what you order each time of year. Expect it to arrive broken and the store to dump random parts on you to fix it yourself because no one cares about your experience. Recommend this store be gutted and anyone who works at this store/company shouldn't be allowed to work again. Honestly, shut this place down and shop somewhere else. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The worst experience we have had in a long time. We are in disbelief honestly. We were scheduled to have our couch delivered today 2-11-21 at 10:30 in the morning- that is what time the driver said he would be here. Never showed. Not only did he CLAIM he called us, he also claimed he rang the doorbell and no one was home. Neither of these things are true. Both my boyfriend and I were at the house, both of us had our phones on, AND we have a ring doorbell system- he never showed up! After calling customer service not once, not twice but THREE times- it took me having to show up in person to complain! They never even called us back. After I talked to Jermal (who was the ONLY one who was helpful by the way- in no way does this complaint apply to him) we waited to hear back from his Rep who stated that we'd have to wait another WEEK for our couch! For something that wasn't even our fault! So because of the mistake of the driver- who I am POSITIVE just didn't want to do his job- we now have no couch. Cancelled our order and will be going somewhere else. If you purchase furniture from here, I HIGHLY recommend you just pick it up yourself because the delivery team is a joke. this place is a beautiful showroom, and has nice sales people, and that is where it ends. R2G furniture quality on the whole is not good. we had one cindy crawford couch (which has been reviewed several times and known to be defective) which we replaced 3 times with tears or defects present upon each delivery. ironically, R2G still sells this couch even though it is known to be widely defective. adding to the frustration, we paid $250 for delivery then the delivery drivers came to the door and requested a tip. Who does that?! we then were offered the option to select an entirely different couch, which is working out so far, but it also was delivered with a box-cutter tear on the back side of one of the pieces, and we had to have a new piece shipped out and replaced. if you want furniture in the CSRA - Ashley Furniture is much better to deal with, and we have always received great service and quality there, as well as comparable prices. next time i need furniture, i will shop everywhere else first and if i have to drive to atlanta or columbia - i would sooner do that than deal with R2G again. read more

I bought a "high-end" Cindy Crawford couch from Rooms To Go. The Sales Guy told me that it would last at least 5 years if I got stain protection. The coach may barely last two. Today, I received a class action settlement noticed against RTG Furniture Corp., dba Rooms To Go. The are being sued for claiming that they provided stain protection on fabrics but actually didn't do anything at all. You pay $70.00 to add protection and all they did was place stickers on the couches. This company and location is the worst. I would avoid them at all costs. We purchased this $5000 sectional set in May of 2019 paying the fee to have it delivered. I had no idea I needed to stand over them while they unloaded and unpacked the pieces. Last week I needed to move the sectional slightly and the cuts from a box cutter you see in the pictures attached is what I found. No way could I have pulled this sofa out to inspect within the 48 hour window I was told when I contacted Rooms to Go the first time. Was told they apologized and could they help me with anything else. REALLY? I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Rooms to go responded and informed me yesterday that their one year warranty on craftsmanship stood and they "sympathized " with me. What an insult to me from corporate as this is not a workmanship issue. If it were, I would accept the warranty policy and never even contacted them. The craftsmanship is great... the piece is DAMAGED not broken. Damaged by their employee. Please stay away from Rooms to Go. Not only do they not take responsibility for the negligent actions of their employees, their corporate office will insult you as opposed to owning up to their faults. Read the reviews and you will see why their ratings are so low. I loved the furniture and was hoping it was just hard to please consumers. I was wrong! FINAL UPDATE- as of November 17, Rooms to Go refuses to make repairs to this sectional by their employees. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP THERE. I thought I was escaping rent a center mess, but ran into a more disappointments. I order 3 bedroom sets. Two for the kids and one for myself. On delivery they dropped my dresser I had to wait another month to get a new one, but that not even my complaint. Look at the pictures below to see why I'm upset. When the guy first hooked up my bed I noticed the slacks weren't hitting the floor so I asked him about it and he responded saying they weren't supposed to... I ordered a bedroom furniture set from RTG and had numerous problems. Started with them not assembling or removing the boxes when they were first delivered. For close to a month I attempted to get them back out to my home to fulfill their end of our purchasing agreement which did not happen. I subsequently told them I wanted them to pick the furniture up and I no longer wanted it. After 3 weeks of failed delivery attempts despite the furniture being on my front drive way, I donated the furniture to the Salvation Army. I will never do business with RTG again. I went in to buy a couch that I had been admiring for awhile a couple months ago. What luck, the exact one I wanted was the floor model and they were selling it "to change the color of the floor model." I told the sales person that I would be buying several pieces of this same collection within the next few months after I saved up for them. So that is delivered and we go back to buy the next one. No mention whatsoever that they will no longer be selling these couches. So I buy the second one of three that I intend to buy. A button falls off within a couple of weeks of buying the second one, we look over the other couch and notice it has several problems as well. We call and they send someone out who says that they both are factory defective. Great, we call customer service and they say that they will only replace one of them because one was the floor model and they can't replace it with the same couch because they stopped making them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So now I would have mismatched couches. That would not do, so my husband continues to talk to them and they finally say that they will send another different couch and let us keep the ones we have so it doesn't look so weird. After all the dumbness that happened when we went to pick out the third couch with our former salesperson blowing us off and having to wait forever I knew something would go wrong. But anyway the day comes they are to deliver it and of course they say they know nothing about the customer service lady telling us we could keep the other defective couches and we have to send them away because I'm not having two way different couches. If there were three I can put the different one in between the others facing each other and that will look ok. I could write a report so long you would get tired of reading it but I will save that for the district manager when I file a complaint at the store tomorrow! Not only was the first couch terrible, without days of being delivered it ripped at multiple seems and got worse. All customer service would do was credit the account and we had to pick something else, well that couch started peeling within a few weeks. Then, we had buttons come off one couch. My problems started with rooms to go over 6 months ago when I spent an excess of five thousand dollars with these people. As far as my salesman goes, he was an alright guy but he wasn't helpful at all. But the whole thing goes south when they deliver my furniture. They delivered my dresser broken and asked if they could leave it there and come back with a replacement the following Tuesday so I agreed. I took the day off work and they never showed. I called and asked to reschedule for a Saturday since that's the only day I had off, but they informed me a Saturday was not an option because they only deliver on Tuesdays to my location. At this point they made me pretty mad and I left it alone for a month or two. Fast forward to yesterday, I gave them another shot, I scheduled for an exchange one last time. My girlfriend took the day off to meet them out there between 1 and 5. At 5:15 I called them and asked when they'd be there. They told me the delivery man would be there by 6:00. 6:30 rolled around and I gave them a phone call and they said they'd like to extend the time window to 8:00. Even though I wasn't very happy about this I agreed. Finally, I got a phone call at 9:30 from rooms to go telling me they wouldn't be coming. I have officially had all I can stand of Rooms To Go in Augusta, Rooms To Go Customer Service, and Rooms to go Corporate. As far as I'm concerned you all are some of the most incompetent, useless, unhelpful, disorganized, insufficient, inefficient collaboration of morons I have ever met in my life. If Rooms To Go has the last mattress available in the world, I'd rather sleep on the floor than spend one penny with you people. You aren't worth my money and your service isn't worth my money. We purchased a couch in Feb 2020, along with the extended warranty with Guardian that the salesman assured us covered everything. By December 2020 the couch fabric was fraying and pulling everywhere and the cushions were going flat. Since we had the extended warranty, we didn't worry that we didn't contact them until late Feb 2021. BIG MISTAKE. Not only will Guardian not cover this, since it's not caused by any kind of accident, but Rooms to Go will not get involved in the problem. They have zero customer service skills, not a care in the world for how they are perceived and could not care less if your furniture is falling apart after a year. Do not buy from them!!! read more

The president day sale had a mattress set on sale for $250 but he told the sales representative that it only included the mattress and not the box spring. I went online and the sale included both the mattress and box spring. The sales representative was friendly but because of this experience I will never go to this store again. read more

Bought bed, with a $$2000 Mattress. Tempur-Pedic. I was told we were getting a free $300 store credit also. And 90 sleep trial. Well, first night I knew this mattress wasn't anything like in the store. So I wasn't able to return, or buy a less expensive Serta perfect sleeper. I had to buy the same or more expensive. AND the free $300 store credit wasn't actually free! They figure it in the cost of your original sale! So I said fine, I'll just put it towards an upgrade mattress. (They tried to sell me one that had as many bad reviews as the Store! I wasn't having it. They said you can't use your store credit on your mattress. At this point, I am so finished with them but wanted a good mattress, I paid an additional $1200 for the mattress I got. And after the whole ordeal starting on July 5, I finally get my mattress on August 7. Never again. read more

The furniture I bought here is great; the places I visited before didn't have anything that appealed to me but what I found at Rooms To Go was just what I wanted. But that's about where the positives end. First of all, the coffee table I first wanted was out of stock for almost 1.5 months, yet there were at least 4 examples of it on the show floor. I guess they want people to see their furniture but not buy it. So I picked a different coffee and end table, which I liked about as much. Then I found out the couch I wanted wasn't in stock for about 2 weeks. So my living room was empty a bit longer than I wanted. Anyway... The shipping price: I paid over $300 to have a couch, armchair, coffee table, and end table delivered less than 3 miles from the store. So the price I paid ended up being over $2000 for a pretty basic set. You'd think for over $300 shipping they'd do a good job? No, when the shipment came, the "team" came less than 15 minutes from the end of the shipping window, and with only 2 people, struggled to get the couch inside, and even hit the porch light on the way in. To make matters worse, THEY FORGOT THE ARMCHAIR. So I had to stay wait another 4 days and stay home again for them to bring the chair several days later. Now that I finally have my furniture, I'm glad to be done dealing with Rooms to Go. EXCEPT that every day I get about 2 junk emails from them about sales and promotions. I only gave them my email for a purchase receipt and delivery details, and they took the liberty of putting me on an email list so I know every last item I can get 5% off of for President's Day. In summary, don't shop at Rooms To Go unless you're ready to wait weeks (or months) for the items you want, you want the shipped poorly and items forgotten, and you want to be harassed with unending advertisements. read more

If I could give no stars, I most certainly would. This was (by far) the worst sales experience that I've ever encountered in my life. I paid cash for a bedroom set. The sales part went fine and dandy. It's when the delivery arrived that everything went spiraling downhill. The drivers installed my furniture, but told me that they didn't mount the drawer handles. They said that I needed to do this on my own. They left and I began installing the drawer handles. This is when I found out that two of the dresser drawers were broken. Not only that, but the bottom of the dresser was warped. I called customer support to file a complaint as the drivers obviously knew of the damages to my product. Customer Support says that they cannot get me a replacement for (almost) 2 weeks. I tell them that this is unacceptable and that I need some form of reimbursement if it is to take that long. They offer me a $20 in-store credit. After about an hour of going back and forth with the rep, I agree to $50 cash back off the delivery charge and a one week delivery period. A week later, they attempt to reschedule the delivery date. At this point I tell them that I want a full refund of the delivery charge, or for them to take their furniture back. After being told that they wouldn't take the furniture back and speaking to multiple levels of supervisors, they agree to pick up the furniture (for a full refund) on the offered reschedule date...........and then they rescheduled THAT for a later date. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT waste your time with this store. read more

I ordered a power lift recliner on 5 February 2020 for my wife who has problems getting in and out of our old recliner and where she often sleeps at night. (Order # 14469590). We had previously visited the store in Augusta, GA (#1803) the week before and made our selection from many other furniture stores and recliners we had seen. The sales person was helpful and the recliner was delivered on the Tuesday 11 February 2020 as planned because they did not have one in stock and it would be coming for their warehouse in Atlanta, GA. After the set-up and the deliverymen left, my wife reclined in her new chair. On Monday, 24 February 2020, my wife back was itching and upon examination she had back was covered with these red marks. These marks turned out to be insect bites from bed-bugs. Being that we had never had a bed-bud problem I checked the new recliner. I found live bugs in the seams, under the seat cushion and along the material by the wood frame under the recliner. I immediately pulled the recliner out on our back deck and sprayed it all over with an insecticide. I check our bed from top to bottom also our clothes in our dresser and the closet and the other living room furniture but found no traces of bed-bugs and I do not have any insect bites on me. The only furniture that was infected and the only furniture that my wife spends 99% of her time in was the new recliner we received for Rooms to Go. Their Customer Service insisted we must have gotten the bugs from a vacation or passing someone at the grocery store. We (my wife and I) have not traveled on vacation due to her health in over 3 years and even then, we returned without incident and have been living bug free till now. If we had carried these bugs in from elsewhere, these 3 years would have given these bugs more than enough time to make their present known. Also. I am the one the does the shopping and I have not received any bites. These bites my wife incurred was within 10 days after the chair was delivered and only my wife was affected being that she spends up to 20 hours a day in that recliner. These bed-bugs, that I physically saw and exterminated were ONLY found on, in and under the recliner that was purchased and delivered from Rooms to Go. NOT in our bed or bedroom, Not on the living room couch or love seat, NOT on the clothes in the dresser drawers or closets, NOT on the dining room table or chairs. The chair was wrapped in 2 or 3 large quilted blankets when it was delivered. If the bedbugs were not embedded in the recliner at the manufacture, maybe they were in or on the blankets that your delivery people wrapped the recliner in and the bugs were transferred to the chair prior to delivery. Maybe these blankets should be cleaned prior to wrapping other customers purchases in them. Regardless these bed-bugs were delivered along with the recliner from Rooms to Go. Now I have sprayed the inside, outside, the seams, wood frame, inside cushions killing many if not all of these bugs. Since my actions, my wife back in healing and has not suffered any new bites. I very much wanted to return the recliner but I believe that by delousing the recliner I could have voided the warranty; however, I did not want to have this bug infested chair in my home waiting for someone from Rooms to Go to come and remove it and delivering another chair with the same problem. This letter is to warn future customers of furniture or bedding wrapped in blankets from Rooms to Go and that company blaming the problem on the customer. read more
