    Visited Rooms to go and chose another mattress. Unfortunately l had to pay out more money. This time l got a Therapeutic mattress, fingers crossed. The store may have good stuff but didn't have for me. Ashley's was the one l had used before this move but my movers ruined my furniture

    My ENTIRE BEDROOM SET WAS DAMAGED at delivery and set up . . . . AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROOMS TO GO!!!! I was DENIED A REFUND for my bedroom suite from rooms to go after having multiple issues since purchasing my bedroom suite and living room set in July 10, 2021 (Order No. 10410927). They REFUSED TO PICK UP my bedroom furniture and REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY!!!

    Bought a couch for over $2k. Signs of wear started around the 10th month mark. I went into the store and they said call warranty. Called warranty and they said unless it's got a hole in it, it's not covered. Went to the store to get a price to pay out of pocket to replace the worn cushion covers. They said someone will call you. Someone called and said it's not covered under the one year manufacture warranty and we should call warranty. After explaining that we just want to buy the cushion covers and fix it ourselves, they said they would email a form to us. They did email the form, but we don't have the part numbers for the cushions. Called the same number back within 3 min of them calling and their office is closed. Bottom line is that their product does not last and you won't get any help out of the warranty, the store, or customer service. Idk where else to go, but don't go here.

    My husband and I went to the store looking for a coffee table. Although they didn't have the table we were looking for we decided to walk around the store for a bit. My husband came across a picture that was hanging up in the little girl's bedroom section that we thought would be perfect for her room. The picture was only $19, but he had to fill out paperwork as if we were buying a full furniture set. Once the picture was purchased we had to go to the back of the store to sign another paper and walk around to the front where our car was parked. Too much just for a picture if you asked me. All because they don't want you walking around with merchandise that you purchased???

    They denied cleaning based on accumulation. Saying that it's too much.

    Good furniture isn't cheap. Good furniture is an investment that will last you a lifetime. Go find better quality products and better customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a new dinning room set here in March (before Covid) and have been fighting 6 months for help. The chairs I purchased are made from fabric that you are unable to clean, I even purchased the extended warranty per the stores recommendation, but they won't cover it. Rooms to go says they can't help and the warranty company refuses to cover "normal food stains" as described in the contract. Trust me when I say it's not worth it, go somewhere else and find better quality products and better customer service.

    They use cheap materials which caused the furniture to break easily. Will not buy from them again.

    My first time coming here at first it was great until I'm waiting on my mattress for 2 weeks…read morebecause brookelyn gave me false information unacceptable she guaranteed I would get my mattress on the 9th but called and found out she didn't even schedule my delivery I had to change my mattress cause if I didn't I would be waiting another week Louis the store manager helped me out a lot that's why I put 2 stars instead of one if you go here don't get a mattress sold to you by brookelyn you'll never know how long you'll be without it.

There was nobody in the store, so the associate whose name I cannot remember, could give me his undivided attention. He was out of Austin he said and was filling-in in the store of Killeen. After him showing me everything there was in the chose what I wanted which was a mattress that was firm without a box spring and a showroom floor bed railing. He had to call to make sure if that could be done cause he had never seen that done before. He called and got the approval. I paid and waited for the delivery. Delivery comes and I don't open it right away as I was in the middle of moving so I placed everything in storage. So this is a month and a half later after the delivery I finally get moved in and open up the frame and see it's not what I ordered. I call them to see how we can get this resolved. After a two day wait I'm told I had to pay an additional $75 for the bed rails I originally wanted. On top of that I have to return it myself when everything was delivered. I didn't make the mistake and put in an inconvenience but let this be a lesson folks. This isn't good customer service and I won't be back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
