Essentially, students can determine what they want from the class, whether it be a laid back, relaxing drawing session, or a three hour, intensive skills training. I've personally never taken any classes from her other instructors, but I've only heard good things. I strongly recommend learning Chinese painting from Ichen, as she is one of the best teachers around. Under her tutelage, I've been able to compete nationally and win awards for my paintings. There is nothing called I pay two months, and telling me one of the months are a deposit. Of course they will do anything to take that money. The fine print on their policies is ridiculous. Second Alarm, I had planned a trip called in there always no one to talk to. You have to do any communication through email. Let them know ahead of time that Both children won't be able to attend. They offered me another day for makeup. After two weeks, I had a conflict of schedule due to an emergency. I sent an email requesting help, to have them switch the children to a different day. I get a long email about their policy. And they will NOT do a makeup for them. THEY ENEDED UP TAKING THE MONEY FOR THE CLASS WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICES. My problem is the kids were going here for 3 month. They learned nothing. THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT HOW TO STEAL PARENTS MONEY. They stole the deposit under the umbrella of policies, took they money for the classes I had emailed and said I have emergency, and can't have them make it. Don't recommend this place for parents. During the party, guests kept asking me where I found her as they were amazed at the beauty and detail of her face painting art. Some guests were also interested in hiring her for their future events. Her balloon twisting skills were also amazing. She created a pair of angel wings that some of the girls wore thruout the party.
