I am not sure of the prices but the location can be a bit confusing when your coming in, but just make sure to go near the very back, they are the last building at the end of all the office buildings. So I see the park and I'm looking hard as it looks like a little building on the grounds and the door is wide open... could it be a miracle. I go in and there is a sign-in sheet, so I sign-in and I'm relieved because the couple people that came before me the reason was: Restroom. I know this is not my community recreational center so I actually asked and the lady at the desk, who was very nice, pointed me in the direction. Not only was this place spotless but it had the aroma of bleach, just want I like to smell when I walk into a Rec Center..talk about setting the standard. The outside grounds were pretty nice too, I noticed the paths, tennis courts, and playground. While I don't plan on having that emergency again, I appreciate the hospitality.

When there is an instructor change we are not notified, no one ever answers the phone, there are subs constantly without explanation and some are not good teachers. I have no idea who the director of the whole facility is, Facebook messages don't get answered, and I was never notified my daughter's soccer class was in another building. I would love to speak with the director regarding my concerns but since I have no idea who that is, I'm leaving a Yelp review anyway.

Goals staff then told me I could play outside in the cold mid winter day. This was totally unprofessional and very unbecoming for a teenager to be able to tell a paid in full customer to go outside and play. I will not be using this facility and would not recommend place. I will be getting refund and taking further action.

Since retiring, I've been hitting up every outdoor space on my list. I came to walk the trail(s), but one visit is simply not enough. I see that now. I'll definitely have to come back on my bike to get the lay of the land. Random, but everytime I come to this park, my GPS takes me on a tour of the neighborhood when I can see the park is RIGHT THERE. Anyway, I came during the week and parked on a side road inside the park. Again, I'm not really familiar with the best place to park to access whatever it is I'm trying to access. I started walking on the trail and was actually hoping I didn't get lost (even though my Garmin can take me back to my starting point). I asked a woman where to go and she directed me to 'the loop'. The loop will work for today! Apparently the loop was closed due to construction. There's work being done on the water tanks (or something like that). But the loop is open, and it's a bit over 1 mile. It's smooth, and I'm already plotting to try it on my bike. But there's absolutely NO SHADE on this portion, so plan accordingly. From the loop I could see the pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts, so I made my way there, via a trail. Again, the park is huge! From my research, it's the third oldest established park in the United States! Whoa! And, it covers 745 acres of land. Like I said, you'll have to come more than once to see all there is to see. That includes the Baltimore Zoo, which is inside the park. I'll be back on my bike for more recon.

The park is well kept, the grounds were nicely cut and preserved. There were dears out in the middle of the day, there were pavilion areas with picnic tables , trash cans and port of John's (bathroom), I will definitely be visiting again. I noticed that there were working in a project around the reservoir and I can't wait to see it .

I had no idea just how busy it gets and saw more dogs and kids than I've seen in most places in Baltimore, even at points more than Patterson Park. Loved that there was a strong sense of community and everyone seemed to be enjoying the space, which as I mentioned before is consistently clean and pretty decently lit in the evenings. Look forward to summer, as I know the pool is supposed to open back up.

The park doesn't have a ton of green space, but it has many athletic set ups, including volleyball, tennis courts, and soccer fields. It also has a playground with swings for the kiddos. The building brought back so many memories when my kids were much younger. I always enjoyed the facilities indoor/outdoor pools, basketball courts, track, fitness center and workout classes. This place is safe secure with security guards onsite and cameras. I love the added self service food /snack area. This facility is definitely top tier. My only con is while the front staff can be very helpful they are not always up to date with all of the activities and or contact personnel. I wanted to book swimming classes for my younger daughter however, I felt the website to not be user friendly so when I approached the front desk after I explained to them that I was having some challenges with the website they sent me back to checking the website. Great place for the entire family. Will definitely return

This is still my favorite of all the Maryland Y's. I'll confess that I've been away for a while…read more Gyms are always crowded in January, so I just stay away. But I'm back, and they have new equipment! Yay! I didn't feel like anything was wrong (except for the SkiErg that keeps breaking. I wish they'd get a Concept2 version), but I came back to True equipment. Now there are two seated row machines and two lat pull-downs. The dip machine is a standalone machine by itself. They also added a glute builder machine. It's not a version I've used before, but it'll do. Lastly, I always finish with time in the sauna. It's always nice & hot.
