I explained that I've had lots of bad haircuts. She listened to my needs and concerns. She did a great job. I have about 14 inches to donate and was left with a beautiful length. She blew it out and did a good job. I have pretty curly thick hair. I asked her to cut my hair after it was blown out because of my bad experience. She had no problem with honoring my requests. She was friendly and talked to me the whole time. Not just feeling weird in a chair with a stranger. The salon and spa itself is well lit and decorated. Very professional.
