This is an Update to my previous review. I had not needed to continue working with Dr. Light in Functional Medicine for a few years as I was feeling So Well and had been able to incorporate into my lifestyle the healthy diet and exercise I was taught from Dr Light and Shawn Light. Then I began having health problems about 18 months ago. I decided to try self diagnosing- Ugh. And after many months of doing some very healthy modifications to my health routine, but getting no where, my husband and I decided it was time to consult with Dr Light and his team. I have now been working with Dr Light for about 5 weeks. With blood tests and his knowledge, Dr Light was able to quickly pin point my problems and help me get on the appropriate supplements and diet modifications that are clearing up the infection I picked up. This has also reduced my pain symptoms from an 8.5 often to a 1-3! My husband is also now starting a "return to Health" journey with D Light! I came across Root Cause Resolution a few months as I was driving home. I thought "Great, very convenient ." My problem was a chronic neck pain that has plagued me for the past 2 years. I've been going to Dr light for years. He has the best understanding of the interaction between muscles and structure of any practitioner I've ever been to. I am hypermobile, I routinely have ribs pull out of place for no particular reason. Doctor night light knows exactly how to put them back in and help me feel my best. I've been very satisfied with the golf performance side of the house. Shawn Light is not only an exceptional golf coach but he and his program takes it that step further into identifying and understanding your body's limitations as it relates to your swing. He identified that I had trouble with hip rotation and we worked on a conditioning program to get me the strength and range of motion that I needed to prepare me to get my swing where I want it to be. He opened my eyes the physical requirements of the swing while teaching the technical aspects. I don't want to ramble for too long here but to sum up my swing has completely transformed over a few months from an over the top slicing disaster to a shallowed out draw. And being stronger and more flexible is quite the value added bonus. Now I've got much work to still do but I've never understood the fundamentals of the swing the way I do now. Dr. Light is the best Chiropractor I have ever had. I have had back problems for 41 years since a car accident that totaled a caddie. Over those years I have seen 22-28 Chiropractor's and not a single one of them was able to give me the range of motion or real relief from the stiffness and pain until I went to Dr Light. I have had some amazing healing experiences with the Theralight bed, my first introduction to red light therapy. As an athlete, I have encountered multiple injuries over my time with Root Cause Resolution. I truly believe the Theralight bed expedited my healing tremendously, after I took advantage of the membership and went 4-5 times a week diligently. For example: after a brutal ankle sprain that typically would have required 5-6 weeks off, I was shocked that I was ready to play soccer again at 3 weeks, even walking comfortably at 2 weeks. I had such a wonderful experience at Root Cause. I had my first treatment at 35 weeks pregnant after learning the baby was still in the breech position. I also had severe lower back pain to the point where walking was a struggle. Each step I took would just send a wave of pain up my back causing me to walk with a cane and wear a maternity back brace. After just 2 sessions with Dr. Light using the Webster Technique we were delighted to see, at my next ultrasound appointment, that the baby had turned and was in proper birthing position. Also, after the 1st session, the lower back pain I was experiencing for months lessened tremendous. After the 2nd session it pretty much disappeared all together. I had a phenomenal first time visit with Dr. Light. First of all, Devon (the receptionist) is such a wonderful person. She made me feel comfortable and listened to my story. She was informative, knowledgeable and very friendly. Dr. Light was kind, understanding and ready to take on this project (me)! I have scoliosis which has caused a wide variety of issues through my entire body. He explained why this was happening, gave me tips on how to manage it in my day to day life, made minor adjustments (none of which were jerky or quick, which I was afraid of). He was gentle in his approach and I really appreciated that. He spent extra time to help with my migraine issues and gave me stretches to do at home in between visits. I went here because I've been having really bad low back pain during and around my monthly cycle. They did a foot analysis to check my stance and told me how that affected my whole body. They were very thorough and took the time to explain things to me. I'm also hard of hearing and that makes things very difficult now that rhetoric is wearing a mask. After seeing Dr Light for years, I decided to give Dr Jeff a try as I know Dr Light wouldn't recommend anyone unless he believed in them and their work. I've had an adjustment from Dr Jeff twice now. He uses the zone technique which focuses your adjustment on what your body is telling you it needs. It's a fascinating technique and works very well. The Zone technique has 6 different zones (Glandular, Elimination, Nervous, Digestive, Muscular and Circulatory) Each zone is regulated by a specific center in the brain, when a disturbance (emotional, physical or chemical stressor) occur a malfunction happens. The zone technique helps the brain start communicating with the body again. My first adjustment we worked on the Zone 2 for Elimination, all pain in my small intensities went away and hasn't been back. My second adjustment we worked on Zone 4 for Digestion, the bloating Id have after eating/drinking anything disappeared. I now have trouble deciding who I want to adjust me. I'd highly recommend Dr Jeff for chiropractic care! read more

Dr. Jeff Rosenberg was absolutely amazing. My husband went and got an adjustment because he's been having migraines and I sues with his rotator cuff. My husband was in the military and hasn't been able to actually lift his arms up above his shoulder. After working on him and feeling exactly where the issues were, my husband was able to raise his arms!!! I've personally been to chiropractic offices who didn't seem to take the time on the patient- I spent more time on the table with ice and stimulation therapy. Not here. I have TMJ issues from a car accident and also got worked on here. I wasn't able to open my mouth all the way and it was hard to chew. So happy that's not the case anymore!
