When I decided to get an investor visa 3 years ago, I talked to 10+ laywers in LA, some through my personal network and others I found online and my own search. I wasn't sure about the whole process, important factors and which lawyer to go with until I talked to Mr. Root. Unlike other laywers, he was apparently very experienced in his own field and always had a precise answer for all the question I had ( and believe me I had many questions). I signed up the papes the next that and I've been working with Mr. Root's office since then for all my visa related issues. They are always very responsive and helpful on each stage and with their assistance, I was able to setup my business, get an investor visa and renew it 2 years after. I realize this could have been a very frustrating experience if I was working with an inexperienced office but I know that they have handled hundreds of similar cases and Mr. Root's opinion and suggestions were always on point, so my experience was successful, pleasant and with no surprises. After reading these two 1-star reviews here, I don't know who they worked with because when you start a case, you are assigned a paralegal who handles the whole process and you can always talk to him/her and Mr. Root always responds through his own personal email for any question you have. Even after my case is done, I am also able to get Mr. Root's opinion whenever I have a question so their service is second to none. I have a feeling these other reviews are real. I can't thank enogh to Mr. Root and his couteous team for their proffesional servces they provided for a fee unbelivably very reasonable. I filed for removal of condition on conditional green-card for my Indian wife, since I thought evrything was so simple, I filed on my own with substansial paperwork. I got letter from immigration office for more documents. After submitting more documents another letter came asking for more proofs. at this point I got an advice from my Indian friend who had used Mr. Root for his immigration servces ending with very satishfactory results.
