Here are the results from areas I lasered: Legs - I haven't shaved or waxed my legs in 4 years. No growth to worry about, no issues. The only place I have hair is on my knees as I wasn't able to do laser on them due to scrapes from a running fall. It is funny to see the hair there when there isn't any elsewhere on my legs. Underarms - I occasionally do shave here. I used to have very thick, south asian underarm hair and shaving it just made it thicker over time. I do have light hair growth here, but the hair is so thin it's rarely noticeable. So yes, there is hair growth here but the discomfort of having thick underarm hair is gone! Face - unfortunately where I ended up having the most re-growth. I've had a unibrow my whole life and I was excited that lasering it would make it a non-issue. Unfortunately, I still get my brows threaded because the hair growth was the same. I do think the mustache area an d chin have less hair growth, but there is still more than I was expecting when getting it done. Overall - Nearly complete hair reduction in 2/3 body parts, with one of those covering half of me! I'm very happy and I've been considering if I should go back and do other areas.

Update: A member of the team reached out and were kind, but they were not helpful at all. Their corporate policy is not flexible, and there are still yellow areas on my forehead where the bruising was.

I was nervous about tinting, but Anita explained the process, ensuring the shade wouldn't be too bold and said she could keep wiping to lighten if necessary. She said it would continue to fade and only lasts about 12 days, so I wasn't worried about a commitment if I didn't end up liking it. After the reveal, it initially seemed darker than I expected, and she offered to lighten, but after she showed me the before-and-after photos, I realized it was only a subtle change and I just wasn't used to it. The entire session, including tinting, took about 45 minutes and cost $60 ($40 for initial shaping and $20 tint), very reasonable cost for such personalized care. Throughout my visit, Shannon shared me with her wealth of knowledge of the various AHAs as well as retinoid products. I love that we were able to geek out on which products to use to achieve brightening effects. She also made some recommendations based on my skin type such as mandelic acid instead of glycolic acid for gentle exfoliation. Without trying to oversell me her products, she suggested that I try over-the-counter Nizoral antifungal wash for possible white-heads that pop up occasionally as well as prescription tretinoin since I had a few hyperpigmented spots that I wanted to fade/brighten. Given it was my first time there, she did allow me to use my credit card to pay but informed me that she only accepted cash or checks to help keep operating costs down.
