I thought this place was pretty great. I booked online and was able to get in the same morning and was seen quickly after arriving. I got a delux pedicure and overall it was a good experience. I have sensitive skin so something they used did upset my skin a bit, but it was temporary and was gone the next day. The only other issue I have is I'm unable to remove the polish with my own nail polish remover, but I'll just go back. I just wish they would let you know ahead of time they prefer cash payment as I never carry cash on me. read more

I called on Sunday (3/22/2026) to book a gel manicure with designs and mentioned that I already had gel on my nails that would need to be removed. The appointment was set for 10:00 AM on Monday, March 23rd. Notably, they never even asked for my name when booking. I arrived right at 10:00 AM as they were opening. I sat on the couch while a few employees and customers came in. Some greeted me casually, which I appreciated, but overall, there was no sense of structure or welcome. Shortly after, a woman approached me from the nail area and, without any greeting, simply said, "What do you want?" No hello, no acknowledgment, no confirmation of my appointment, just that. It immediately set the tone, and not in a good way. I told her I had a 10:00 AM appointment for a gel manicure. She told me to "sit here" and directed me to a table where nail swatches were scattered and disorganized. I showed her three design photos. She declined the first two and agreed to a very simple nude set with a small evil eye design. She then began working on my nails by buffing them--without removing the existing gel. I had to stop her and point out that I still had gel on my nails that needed to be removed. As someone who has worked in high-end salons, this was a major red flag. Skipping proper removal can lead to lifting and damage, and it shows a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. At that point, I was already uncomfortable and turned off by the entire experience. I decided to downgrade to a regular manicure just to get through the service and leave. The "manicure" ended up being minimal, just basic cuticle cleanup and filing, and still cost $30. I tipped anyway, but honestly, the service did not reflect the price or standard I would expect. My entire career has been in high-end salon environments, including managing nail services, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had as a client. I should have walked out the moment I was greeted with "What do you want?" instead of a simple hello. i made this my go to salon since it's veryy close distance to me but honestly the quality is so hit & miss & i'm constantly being charged a different amount for the same two services i get every. single. time. (full set acrylic & gel pedicure) without any explanation. aside from distance i've always been able to get an appointment on short notice and their booking is fairly easy whether you book online or call so that was another factor as to why i tried making this work for so long but i just can't seems like it depends on their mood what they decide to charge that day & i overlooked it and brushed it off many other times but it comes to a point where i'm very much over it, i rather go the extra mile to drive further away to try a different salon than to return. one of the younger woman who is in charge of answering phones/booking appointments could also learn some basic customer service and should try having a warmer attitude towards paying clients as it leaves a bad look when a customer is checking in and you sigh before speaking as if you're being burdened. although the other ladies are really sweet i unfortunately won't be returning. read more

The vibe of this nail salon is off. The only time anyone talked to me was to ask what I wanted when I first came in, and at the end, to take my payment. The technician did not speak to me or ask me what I wanted with my nails, but participated in chatter in another language with other employees. I asked for a square manicure of my natural nails and she filed them round. After the manicure, my cuticles felt raw and picked over. A client was watching TV on their cell phone, which (in addition to the amplified music), made for a chaotic sound environment. I do like that they have desks for manicures (my regular nail salon only has pedicure seats). Overall, I felt unwelcome there. I won't be going back, which is a total bummer, because it's a very convenient location. HOW THIS SALON COULD IMPROVE: 1) Talk to clients. Find out if they have any special needs, or have any injuries that need special care. 2) Offer paraffin wax treatment to manicure clients. 2) Reduce employee crosstalk/calling out across the salon to the minimum necessary. Do not discuss clients in earshot of clients. 3) Post a 'No cell phone/No amplified music' sign 4) Tidy up wall displays and cords for a more elegant interior look to match the external branding. read more

When I say they are getting the works and we are all getting the same basic pedicure. The Asian lady got a 10 minute foot massage the white lady was getting a shoulder massage and foot massage at the same time. I came here with the full intention of making this my go to nail salon I work right down the street the facility is beautiful and in a nice area. I asked for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. the lady doing my pedicure did not ask what service I wanted she had me in and out in less than 20 minutes it was clear she did not want to work on me. She did a great job painting my nails but when it came to the actual service I was disappointed. I get pedicures for the massage, hot stones, and wax none of that happened and most definitely was not offered. She made it clear when she was done and walked away. We were excited to get mani-pedi here from reading the Yelp reviews. However we were very disappointed with the result. I had two technicians- one for pedi and one for mani. The pedi technician was excellent - gentle, careful, and thorough. She did an excellent job. But the mani technician was awful! She was rough and nicked my skin. Didn't even apologize after I told her that it hurt and I was bleeding. Her painting skills were also very bad - it was uneven. She didn't bother to fix it after I told her and showed her. I think perhaps she needs to wear eyeglasses to help her see better. I was so disappointed. read more

This was absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I called ahead inquiring about gel x, they said to offer the service and come in about an 1 1/2 hour. I come in on time. I get there, they tell me to pick a color. Easy enough, I'm sitting there and a transient man that smells like cigarettes comes in and won't stop talking to me. The workers do nothing. They proceed to tell me to fix ONE NAIL it'll be 15$ and that's WITHOUT a design. They can't redo the design that I had because they don't have the materials.
