This is not simply a matter of the valet being "distant" or having a bad attitude. There is a very noticeable difference in the way I am treated depending on the vehicle I arrive in.When I come by myself in my regular car, the valet has told me, "You have to park your car yourself." On another occasion, when the valet area was very busy and there were many cars, he told me, "I'm going to do you a favor and park it for you today because we are full." A valet service is a paid service. Parking my car is not a "favor" being done for me.What makes this situation even more obvious is what happens when I arrive with my husband in his newer sports car. Even when there are empty spaces available, we are suddenly told that only the valet attendants are allowed to park that particular car. The attitude and willingness to provide the service completely change. It is very hard not to notice that the difference seems to be based on the fact that the car is newer, modern, and a sports car.I have also had an upsetting experience involving my mother, who was not treated with the basic courtesy and respect that any customer should receive. This is especially disappointing at a medical facility, where patients and their family members should be treated with patience and professionalism.I want to be very clear: I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the service I am paying for. If valet parking is offered and customers are paying for it, customers should not be made to feel as though parking their vehicle is a favor. There are usually two attendants working there -- one younger gentleman who is darker-skinned and another gentleman who appears to be somewhat older. I am mentioning this so management can identify the employees involved and actually look into what is happening at this location.I strongly believe the owner or management of Best NRG Parking Services Inc. should be aware of how their employees are representing the company. This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the business and can absolutely cost the company customers.Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location. Everyone paying for valet service deserves the same respect and the same service, regardless of what they drive.

The toe sock requirement should have been mentioned on mindbody (there are a number of opportunities on MB to do so) prior to booking or in the LONG text message I received with directions. I have never worn toe socks to pilates before...but like I said it is not really pilates. Given the lack of prenatal offerings in the area I see why this gets glowing reviews, it is nice to be able to socialize with other mothers. Also I was charged $20 for what is $16 on Amazon. Birth and postpartum are extremely personal and vulnerable experiences, and I believe clients should always be asked for permission before their photos are shared publicly. Beyond the privacy issue, I also felt that the overall services did not meet the level I expected or what was presented when I hired the doula. There were aspects of the experience that left me disappointed, and I would have expected more professionalism and attention to my needs during such an important time. I hope this feedback encourages greater communication with clients and, most importantly, obtaining clear consent before taking or sharing personal photos.
