After transferring them they informed me they couldn't order one of her meds and that it was not available to order. So with that new info i requested them to be transferred again to a pharmacy that could fill all of her meds at one place. Then they refused to transfer bc the pharmacist up there said " we worked hard to fill them" and that there was one ready that needed to be picked up because they cant return it to stock. ( also a lie, I am a certifed pharmacy tech and I know that it can put back and transferred). They they proceeded to break HIPPA by calling a family member and disclosing PHI on their voicemail in regards to my daughter and her medications. DO NOT use this pharmacy unless you want to be lied to and have your personal information released to people without consent. Which I will be reporting.

Ended up pushing the button for service. This has been happening for the last year. Not trying to complain, but it's a hassle getting reminded my prescriptions are ready but having the time to wait in the store or the drive through. This poor girl is running three kiosk locations and the drive through. My costs don't go down, but service has really been bad for a while.
