When I signed up I was rushed over the phone and the agent was vague about everything.. He asked if I was going to be doing add on services and if I was going to have employees. I said yes I'm going to be doing sewer scopes and my inspectors will need to be covered as well.. A few weeks ago my sewer scope equipment was stolen out of my car so I filed a claim.. After a million hoops I finally got all of the info over to them.. Turns out the vague sign up process is their way of unchecking boxes for you limiting your coverage so they can give you a low quote so you'd sign up.. Turns out my sewer scope equipment was not covered the entire time I was with them.. (Atje reason I signed up).. The way I found out was when my equipment was stolen and they did everything in their power to get out of it when an insurance agency is suppose to be there for you when you need them.. They never called me to full me in on any details.. I had to call them every time to get a status update.. The whole time they were trying to figure out how to get out of it instead of helping me. I'm so disappointed in this company and the lack of professionalism.. I would never recommend they to anyone and if you're thinking about signing up with them don't. Their slogan is "We protect.. You inspect." It should be.. We take your money while you think you're protected then bail when you need us. I hate putting my faith in a company that claims to be a professional insurance agency when they aren't. Do not use InspectorPro.. They are dishonest and lack integrity. You'll just get burned.

Bobby was technical when we understood it and came down to our level for the things that we didn't understand as well. He answered all our questions and gave suggestions for how some problems should be addressed. He was willing to admit when something was out of his expertise and we might need another opinion and who to go to for that. Would 100% recommend his services. Most critically, because of him our home is much safer now and pest will be prevented from entering unwanted. Definitely worth every penny and the cost was comparable to other quotes we received.

I would not have bought the home if I knew the extent of the damage. The entire house had to be gutted. I know that I cannot sue these guys, but I can let the world know how bad of service they provided. I will never use this company again.
