The paralegal, Terry, took until November to finish paperwork. Then the office mailed out sensitive legal documents in March 2025 without requiring a signature, and they were lost. Emails were ignored (including one in June 2025) and promised follow-up calls never happened. I had to chase them down repeatedly for basic answers. Do not trust this firm with important legal matters. Poor communication, long delays, and zero accountability.
