Would you like to go to a place that specializes in eyebrows and have to constantly tell the person doing your brows how to do them? Then be asked if you want to leave a tip? Then look no further than this SPECIFIC Rosa "Perfect" Eyebrow location. I have been coming to this location for more than a year, and if I get one lady all the time she is perfect. She always makes my brows look good, its painless, and I always leave loving how I look. But then there is the last 3 times I've frequented this place. They've been horrible. Each time I've gone in the past 3 months this woman is always there. She is a little heavier, and is typically standing behind the desk. Although she is pleasant, she has NO IDEA what she is doing. Every time I've gone, she never does what I ask. The first time my eyebrows were too thin. I had to wait nearly a month for them to grow out. The next time, one eyebrow was higher than the other. And today when I walked in and saw her, I knew I should've left immediately. I told her "I want to keep them thick, no arch, slightly rounded" she repeated it back to me and got started on my right eyebrow. She made an arch. A thick one, but an arch nonetheless. I advised her that she gave me an arch and I'd appreciate it if she made my left brow look exactly the same. I ended up with a rounded, blunt left brow. I showed her that the right brow ended with an arch and thinned out, I asked if she could do the same to the left. She ended up just taking the entire left edge off of my eyebrows, so now this one extended just past the middle of my eye. I looked like someone burned part of my brow off. I told her to just leave it alone, that I could fix it. At this point, she grabbed my head and tried to push me back into the seat, I yelled at her to stop and that I would fix them myself. She then walked to the register. At this point I considered not paying her, but the polite part of me asked how much? She stated the price and I asked for my change and left. When I got to my car I had tears running down my face. I've never been so angry. I had to immediately buy an eyebrow pencil and fix my brows to the point that I should've just done them myself. It was my first time visiting this business. All I wanted was an eyebrow tint. Walked in, none of the employees say anything, I understand they were helping other clients so ok that's fine. I'm looking around wondering if I'm supposed to sign in or something, so I just take a seat and wait. One of the techs finished with her client, cashed them out and I'm assuming was available since no one else was waiting in the shop at that time. She doesn't acknowledge me and instead walks right passed me and out of the shop. Already getting slightly annoyed I stayed waiting to see if someone would become free and ask what services I was interested in. In the meantime, three other people walk in, sit down and wait. Finally an employee is free and says, "ok who's next?" I'm thinking to myself, is this really how you take your clients?? So I stood up and told the lady I wanted eyebrow tinting done. She took me to her chair and didn't bother asking if it was my first time there or if I've ever had this service done before, just ok sit down and what color do you want... When she finished my tinting, my eyebrows were NOT symmetrical and the arches were shaped differently from each other. I was beyond annoyed at that point. She didn't give me any specifics about aftercare until I asked. Gave me cotton balls to clean the pigment with once it sets and that was it. Well, after researching and on the recommendation of an acquaintance I came to see Nerman. I showed her a pic of my eyebrows after my last appt somewhere else and then she proceeded to remove my inner brows. I couldn't see the detail in the store without my glasses, when I got in the car I was beside myself...... WHERE ARE MY INNER BROWS???! I am beyond unhappy this will literally take months to fix. Pretty upset right now. I've been going here for about 4 years (started at Oviedo location) and have always been happy with how my eyebrows look when Mahtab does them. I went on, what I thought was, her scheduled day but she wasn't there. I got my eyebrows done anyways and this what I ended up with. They are lopsided, one is higher than the other. My technician had quick and nimble strokes, yet she was still very detailed. Even though it had been over a month since I last had my eyebrows done, the threading didn't hurt too much! I was so happy that I found this place in Altamonte Springs fairly close to where I live. How can I say this, this is a small place and not fancy at all, but I have been going here for the past year and I have always walked out happy. I've tried the typical Asians spots but let me tell you, I never had someone do a great job with my eyebrows until I have met Nermine. She is one of the girls who work there. She is very nice and she takes it easy. Now I must say one day I walked in there and I had someone else do my eyebrows but she wasn't as good as Nermine. Nermine works work days 9-3 and weekends 3-9 I think she is off Wednesday. But if you want to have a good looking eyebrows she is your girl! I am always happy with what she does so I always tip her. This is the second location to the original one in the corner of Aloma (436) and Dean. Unlike the original, this location is in a busier shopping plaza next to a Publix. The parking is easy and it's very easy to find it, though you will never see this from the road. They usually have a little less variety of employees at this location, so you're bound to get helped by the same one or two women who work here. Like most people, you tend to prefer someone's work over the next, and for me, this is the case here. Basant and Mahetap are amazing and will take good care of their customers. Also, they are gentle! Inherently, threading can be a little painful so anyway in which they can alleviate some of the pain is highly appreciated. While this location is more convenient (for me) than the original Aloma location, I like it a little less. It is very clean and you'll get service right away, but Rosa does not work in this location, and I do think she's the best - clearly, it is her business. By by in large, this location is a great find for the area. I recommend anyone looking for a quick, good threading service to come here. read more

Mt first time here was with Nermin and she was amazing! She explained to me what I needed to do to replace the missing hair from my eyebrow (from too much waxing over the years). She recommended I use castor oil for hair growth stimulation. I told her the shape I wanted and she did it perfectly. The set up of the salon is wonderful, relaxing music.
