No matter who's there they recognize you and greet their customer, it's clean, it's friendly, well equipped, and the staff and the owner Garry are so supportive. I feel like family when I arrive. You can't make a mistake if you're serious about maintaining your health this is the place to go, especially when you need one on one training they are exceptionally Knowledgeable on what it is that you're trying to accomplish. Also, if you already know what you're doing, and you have your routine down plenty of machines lots of courtesy from other customers and get your workout done without rushing or any interference. And by the way, if you book a massage, that's where there is another expert who really is well talented, up to the date of the latest techniques and you walk out there feeling like a million.
