She was very rude and didn't even applaud my hard work in losing weight without weight loss medication. This doctor only cares about money and you working with her weight loss clinic and does not have actual care for patients going through medical issues. The Front Desk woman with glasses is a bit younger and extremely rude and abrasive. They do a pretty good job of getting you in and out, but everything else is horrifying. She is basically running a pill mill for weight loss shots in the office right next-door.

I got moved up because of a cancellation which was great. Now I know why she only sees a few new patients per day. She spent so much time with me addressing every need and concern. Most doctors rush you in and out and Dr. Ginter was the complete opposite. The office staff was extremely friendly and the medical assistant who handled my bloodwork was also great. They do charge $15 for bloodwork drawn in the office, but it's well worth it to not have to go to the labs. I got the results quickly and had a prescription phoned in right away as promised. It was a great experience and I'm so happy I finally found a doctor I can be happy with.

Before I became a member of Dr. Morris's practice, I was used to having an appointment but waiting at least 30-45 minutes to get in and then waiting another 15 minutes to a half hour in the exam room twiddling my thumbs before the doctor came in. Then I needed notes on what I wanted to ask questions about because as we all know if you get 10-15 minutes with your doctor you were lucky. Dr. Morris changed all of that. If you have an appointment @11am you see her @11am. I have had up to an hour and a half to discuss EVERYTHING concerning my health. Because this our first visit, Dr. Wong asked a lot of questions. However, some of those questions sound weird and maybe a bit personal. When it comes to doing our blood work, they took two attempts to get the needle in me. I had blood work done by my last doctor and never had any issues. Unfortunately, my wife was not so lucky. They must have stuck needles in my wife's hands and arms in 6 different spots and still couldn't manage to draw any blood out. We ended up getting the blood work done at Quest near our house. But when saw the doctor, he asked a lot of questions which we thought were not related to our medical history. We went alone with it because we thought he may wanted to get to know about hour medical background. And .... when it comes to doing our blood work, they took six attempts to get my blood !!! 3 assistants ( not sure if they are nurses ) must have stuck needles in my hands and arms in 6 different spots and still couldn't manage to draw any blood out.  We ended up getting the blood work done at Quest near our house. But it comes to getting our results back from our test, it was very disappointing. My husband and I did the same test at the same time, but my husband got the result back after 2 weeks and I was told they can't locate my result. After repeated call back and forth, I finally got my results back 2 additional weeks with no explanations. Can you imagine if the test was a very important test and the result could be life and death? Their back office was totally unorganized and unprofessional and for that, My husband and I will NOT be going back.
