They also carry a very lovely selection of accessories for your garden (wind chimes, water features, spinners, seeds, etc.) The staff is super friendly, helpful and best of all, knowledgeable! Summit Sprouts's owner is passionate about your garden success. This is one of those places where supporting your local business is a win for you! This year, we have (so far!) purchased two fruit trees, flower baskets, landscape plants, organic manure and fertilizers, and all of our veggie starters, as well as a wind chime that my husband actually LOVES. Do not do this go right past sinto and it's the cute little brick building right on the southwest corner of Argonne and Sinto. A variety of cute little plants and she was most helpful telling me how to care for things as I have the biggest brown thumb. I picked out a cute little succulent and a tiny pot. She took the time to pot it for me and tell me how to care for it. She mentioned there was macrame classes but currently nothing scheduled. This is a super popular thing and sounds interesting to learn about. I would have never known this quaint little shop was here had she not signed up for a Yelp event. Buying from them in store is fine, but don't purchase anything from them online. It's been 4 weeks…read moresince placing my order. The first package was returned to sender -- no idea why because I've had zero issue getting my mail at this address from other retailers. I also had to ask for my tracking number even though my online receipt said they would send a follow up email once my package has shipped with tracking info. They don't answer their phone or return voicemails so it's impossible to get ahold of anyone to get my issue resolved. In fact it seems like they intentionally hang up and ignore calls because some calls are sent to voicemail after a 4 or 10 seconds and some 40 seconds. My email has been unanswered for several days. I had asked for the updated tracking number because it's been yet another week and still no package... 4 weeks just for some premixed soil is ridiculous and I just want a refund at this point and I probably won't get one because they are unresponsive. If you aren't going to answer your phone or emails or have proper invoicing and follow up emails for online orders then don't run an online store. ‍‍‍‍
