We had made the mistake of putting in a pebble floor shower and struggled mightily to keep the grout clean. Scott made it look like new and made it look easy! So happy with the carpet cleaning as well. [The rest of this review has nothing to do with the steam cleaning, but in case you're confronting the same task.] After the steam cleaning, we let the bathroom floor thoroughly dry a couple of days in preparation for resealing the floor with 511 Porous Plus, two coats. Now we can see that the grout does not get wet like it used to, so this should be much easier to keep clean. So, from now on, every 2-3 years, we will have the bathroom floor steam-cleaned and then reseal. Btw I do not recommend using a sponge applicator for the sealant because when I began to use one, it made the sealant all foamy until the sponge was saturated. Next time, I'll use either a paintbrush or the applicator designed for sealants.

He also explained where he thought were spaces that were more concentrated then others. Which for me was so helpful because I could not tell where where he had peed. The carpet itself looked fantastic after being shampooed especially for being a 14 year old carpet. They were also very professional and were very patient. They were able to work around my kids and dogs being there as well as my crazy schedule. I am more than grateful to have clean carpets for my kids to run and roll around on now
