Customers are not treated like customers, feels like we consign at the pleasure of the store and that doesn't make sense. When I go in to a store to consign, I also shop and buy. At Fab Finds I often feel like a bother when I try to consign. Saturday I was treated quite coldly when I tried to consign and offered a Tuesday appointment. I realize it's Covid but this wasn't an isolated incident. It's happened more than once. Oh, and I stepped on clothing on the floor that the put upon person who couldn't have cared less about me had laid out I guess for display, between the consigning counter and the jewelry counter. Really???? On a Saturday afternoon you do that in that already cluttered store? I've often wondered why, with all of those employees, they couldn't be much more more accommodating. Suggestions: Less employees Friendlier employees Easier consigning More room to move around I realize that this store is somehow affiliated with a local charity, but it's also a business and I assume profit is made, so I would expect more professionalism from the staff and consideration to the consignors. This shop could take a lesson from Rags in Boulder. Easy to shop, easy to consign, you don't have to bring everything in on a hanger, you're treated like a valued person. I'll continue to shop here, there are nice things and lots of them, but the consigning could use some polishing..

    **This is an honest constructive criticism.**…read more I was researching to buy an electronic item online and Target has the item on sale but not carry at the Target where I live. The Target web said that Longmont store has the item in stock. I called and spoke to a Sale Associate in the Electronics Dept. to help me check before I've to drive over 20 miles to store. After about 10 seconds, he told me that they don't have the item in stock. In my mind I was like why information don't match? I thank him and hung up. My gut feeling that the store must have the item. So, I decided to take a chance and go to the store any way and if they don't have, I will just go to Best Buy next door. At the store, I look around for a minute and sure enough there is two of them in stock. But, the price in store and online don't match. I showed the Sale Associate the online price and no problem he adjusted for me. I, also, want to get a phone card but the one I want is emptied. I asked him if there is more in stock or somewhere else in store. He told me "No, we ran out." Just like my first gut feeling - they do have it at the store. More on this later on. I want pay for the product use a Target gift card which has enough to cover. He scanned the gift card a couple times and told me that the screen said "The gift card can't be used at this store." I was like what kind of gift card is this? I ended up paid for it used my credit card. Afterward, I went to the Customer Service just to have them check to see why Target gift card can't be used at the Longmont store and which store I'm suppose to go to be able to use the gift card. I explained to the lady and she knew exactly what I want and helped me fixed the whole thing and paid with the Target gift card right there! The register didn't print out the new receipt so she had to page another lady to get a print out from the back for me. I still gave her 5 stars for helping me out. So, I want to buy a phone card earlier and I was told that the store ran out. Well, I walked to the checkout line and guess what I found - a bunch of the phone card I want! I took one to the self checkout line and to find out that I can't buy the phone card with Target gift card. So, I put the card back. At this point I am fed up with the gift card and experience at Target. I decided to grab a few snacks so I can used up all of the remaining balance and don't have to deal with it again. Afterward, I went to another non Target and get a phone card instead. Improvements needed: - I understand that the store is in the process of hiring new staff but some Associates need to know the product locations in store - especially in the Department where they are responsible for. Also, be more active with customer, especially when they are ready to spend money at your store and help them get what they want and more! I've seen many Sales said, "How can I help you?" and when item is not on shelf simply say "Sorry, we ran out." They don't even bother to look in the system, in the back, near by areas or even near by store. Go above and beyond. - Need price check on items to match current sale prices. - Gift card needs clearly ID which bar code is for store use and which is for customer. Does it needed two bar coded? The Sale Associate scanned on a wrong bar coded that was why it kept saying that it can't be used at the Longmont store. Again back to the staff training. The Good: - Store looks bright, clean and spacious.

I'm sure we are his primary target to do business with but he treated us like we were. Everything did not go perfect, but they were mostly our mistakes and he treated them like they were his fault (even though they weren't). Quality of products: the cabinets were excellent. They aren't the super expensive custom built cabinets, but they were 10 times better than most of the big box stores. The are 3/4 ply all the way around, except the back. The shelves are solid and the soft close hardware is super easy to work. If you are assembling your own cabinets, make sure you ask him questions. The more complicated ones can be a bit of a head scratcher since the limited videos can be less than helpful....I wish I would have had time to make some of the assembly videos for future use. The countertop (quartz) turned out really well. The seams were very small and they matched the veins tastefully. Only improvements I can think they need is better assembly instructions for a few of the cabinets. That's it. Going to AMC might have been our best decision of the entire remodel. Don't take my word for it though, just stop in and talk to Sin to see for yourself.

They sell prefabs which helped us save money instead of buying full slabs for everything. Sinisa was wonderful with helping us pick our material, explaining the process, and fitting as much as possible onto each slab. They came to the house and measured and was very consultative, and eventually they came out and installed. The entire process was quick, easy, and we're very happy with our results! Highly recommend.

Yesterday it…read morewas $199 Aside from the Labor Day sale going on right now that started today I think the time of day may have affected our services. It was around 7:30 pm and getting help was an issue, didn't see anyone around and when you did finally see someone and made eager eye contact they kinda just kept walking. (But with a smile, haha why?) But when I finally did grab someone they were nice, helped load the freezer on the cart but made no offer to load it in the car. Another thing was, I called the Westminster Home Depot and their appliance department picked up right away. This Home Depot took 3 calls and waiting five minutes on the third call to finally speak to someone. Maybe they have less people, idk but I'd try a different Home Depot before I go back to this one.

I had to specially arrange a day off and coverage. Emptied as much of the living room as I could, per their instructions. An hour into their window,they called and canceled. Until Friday. I can't reschedule work, and reset, then unset the furniture. I'm 70, and have some conditions. Not important to them. They can only work weekdays, when I do, and take flimsy excuses from their contractors/employees, which I don't. They know people depend on them, and don't really care. I spent $400 on a hotel room, because I'm too old and busy to unset , reset, then unset my living room a couple of times at their convenience. Judging by what I've heard, I hope and pray they ACTUALLY do it on the second appointment. But I'm not counting on it. I hope the landlord can monitor them properly. Because for some reason. I don't trust them.
