It was a bit of a struggle in the beginning to get this process going to get scheduled because I was requesting paperwork but once I got that, everything else went smoother. They must be really busy because they were a week out when I scheduled. They sent two cleaners to my house. They told me that they would call me 20 min prior to them arriving so I could meet them at the house (since I don't live there). Unfortunately, they did not give me a ring but fortunately, I just happened to be there when they got there because I was worried this would happen. The two ladies did not speak any english at all and had to use a phone translator. They worked hard for 4 hours for a move out clean for a 1328 sq ft house. One of them asked me if everything looked good at the end- I saw quite a bit they missed but only pointed out a handful of things they missed that were still evidently dirty (eg. blinds, toilet, windowsills, stove, countertop)- she looked upset that I pointed these things out, didn't say anything and just went back to those rooms to address them. Since she seemed unhappy, I didn't mention the rest of the missed areas and cleaned the rest myself. I think they at least got 90% of it done which I heard is a win with cleaning companies. It would have been nice to get the 100% but I know they were tired and worked hard all day. They also left a dirty towel in the garage, two dirty towels outside the front door w/ a half empty water bottle, and a paper towel in the street. But overall, they cleaned the majority of the house well. read more

I requested a move-in clean plus carpet steam cleaning. I had a limited window to accomplish both of these and Roochii went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Yuly and Seydy came to do the cleaning, and they were extremely thorough -- wiping and cleaning all the window blinds, baseboards, inside every cabinet and more. Jesus lugged the carpet cleaner hoses up to my 9th floor condo and quickly and efficiently did a deep clean on our carpets. All in all, they did a great job and I would recommend them. read more

Ohhhh, customers, beware. This businesses' response to my review was is made up of lies in order to cover themselves. These people have shady business practices. BTW Roochii, I wasn't hovering, I left the crew alone completely, until they asked me to make sure everything looked ok. It was at that point I pointed out everything I saw that they missed. And it was A LOT! Again, 12 HOURS of man time for a meh job. Train your people better, improve your standards, and stop relying on false and misleading advertising and quoting a practices to CYA. Oh, and attached is the photo of your 25% off carpet cleaning promo. Roochi seemed like a good bet with positive reviews and prompt and thorough communication initially. However, when it came to the actual cleaning services and follow through, it was terrible. I ordered and paid for a deep cleaning of my home. The company gave me an estimate including number of cleaners to expect (3). The cleaners showed up right on time but there were 4 instead of 3. After they started cleaning for a 1/2 hour I received a text from the company saying that they were going to charge me more because of the extra cleaner and "condition" of the house. Note they sent an extra cleaner before they even saw the house. Also my house is not in any special "condition," but on the cleaner side of normal. The website lists all the services to except for a deep cleaning and what level of clean to expect including words like "exfoliate" and "wash." This didn't happen. The ceiling fans were untouched, spots on upholstery untouched, picture frames left undusted, tv screen not cleaned, food splatter marks on kitchen backsplash, even the kitchen table had my son's breakfast smudge marks still on it from that morning. It was laughable this was called a "deep clean." It took the crew of 4 an extra hour to get all of the items I found before they left. It took them a total of TWELVE man hours to do a terrible job! I had also purchased a carpet cleaning through this company because they had a promotion. They did not give me the promo price and I had to call them and have that fixed, which took a couple of days. Oh and 1 star now for the outright lies in a I would never recommend this company. read more

I called them over ten times to get a confirmation - only one call returned 2 hours prior to our scheduled service appointment, then silence for the remainder of the day. They (Kali and Vivian) assured me that their staff had a GPS system and would arrive on time. We attempted to call other Yelp Cleaners, however it was too late. Just revisiting your edited review. I was asked to provide proof that I sent cancelation and pics of poor services, so here they are. You also argued on my last review that I "demanded cash" for an item you broke instead of replacing the item. The bespoke/handmade item was no longer available for purchase as I clearly explained. You also claimed it took me a week to get you receipts for the item you broke. You can see here that it took three days for me to send you a receipt, and you took almost a month to order it, so you comped me for the bad service instead. Ethically, you should've comped me for *both* the bad service and the lamp. I'm also including several screenshots of when your company just "forgot" to show up. Don't argue with former customers about your bad service. It's cringe. read more

I requested a roommate move out cleaning over 2 weeks in advance. The quotes $285 for a relatively small room and bathroom which seemed a little high. This was in part because they thought 3 cleaning personnel would be necessary for the job. On the day of the appointment no one showed up, no call or anything. They called me later in the week to tell me the scheduled cleaners couldn't find a car. Overall I don't recommend this company. No communication or accountability. read more

Very stunned as to how well this experience was going to turn out. I'm a single dad and have been having issues keeping a clean house and Yanel and Fatima came in clutch.
