Thick layer of dust on wood.

Rosa's in Prescott Valley was a huge disappointment. This place is shockingly filthy. (See attached photos.) The booths are so dirty you hesitate to sit down, and the thick layer of dust on the wooden dividers is hard to miss. If the dining area looks like this, it really makes you question what the kitchen must look like. Cleanliness clearly isn't a priority here.

Customer service was top notch. We had a Hiccup with our order but they took care of it with the best way possible manager came out and apologized for everything and made it right. Nobody is perfect this was our first time here and we will be coming back because of the promptness to make things right thank you Rosa's for the service and the fun time.

Undercook and a sloppy mess of a pizza. Other Rosa's does a perfect job in Prescott and the one in Prescott valley seems to have a hard time.

We usually prefer the Prescott location, but decided to go here due to the cold weather. We arrived shortly after the lunch rush and the restaurant was not busy at all. We sat in a back corner booth/table and our server took our beverage order almost immediately. We came here with pizza on our mind and after deciding what we would be getting, we placed our order. We got an 18" pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeño pizza and an 18" sausage, mushroom, and caramelized onions (who knew???) pizza. After a short wait, our pizzas arrived nice and hot and we dug in! The pepperoni pizza was delicious as always and after one slice, my husband gave me a taste of the slice he had on his plate (the one with the caramelized onions) and I was rather surprised by the deliciousness! I would've never thought of ordering a pizza with caramelized onions, but I'm sure I will be doing this again! It was really good! The crust on Rosa's pizzas is some of the best I've ever had! So as we all know, eating out these days is not cheap. I never saw the check, because our out-of-state guests picked up the tab, but because we left the tip ($13), I'm guessing it was somewhere around $60. This included two XL pizzas, an iced tea, and two 16 oz. beers, which in my book is not bad for 2025 prices! Rosa's Pizzeria is always on the list of places to go whenever we have guests in town, because they never, never disappoint!

After waiting for an hour for our garlic cheesy bread, chicken parmigiana, and cheesy Ravioli. They lost our ticket so they had to make it. 10 minutes later the cheesy garlic bread came out then a few minutes later so did our meal. Garlic bread was very good. Ravioli was good as well and the chicken Parmigiana looked good as well. Over all, customers service was a little slow but everyone was very nice.

This is how you make pizza's? C'mon now. Not only did it show up clearly looking rushed and halfhearted, but it also was cold. This is not the business. Let's do better.

    No bartender

Bar experience review. We had a seat at the bar. Just getting tickets something to drink was a task for the bartender as the bartender didn't just attend the bar she was also waiting on tables. We didn't like the wine and Theresa rolled her eyes just because she open up a new bottle. Funny thing? She poured two glass of that wine so she didn't waist opening the bottle on us.

The place is clean and people are friendly. The salads are very fresh but the pizza was not very good. No flavor.

I ordered my favorite, eggplant parmigiana, it was hard and gross. Hubby ordered spaghetti, it was overcooked into mush. Never again!

And the mexican food at La Casita in Prescott Valley, is the best mexican food in Prescott Valley, Prescott, Dewey-Humboldt... check it out. You'll be glad you did! The spicy salsa is hot and very flavorful! We mixed it with the milder hot sauce and it was superb! The chicken fajitas are fantastic and arrive at the table sizzling hot. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, with only one other table ahead of us. We were asked to seat ourselves, and after a few minutes our waitress brought chips and salsa and took our drink order. About 10 minutes later, we placed our food order: a chicken quesadilla, chicken enchiladas, and a chicken enchilada/taco combo. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. After waiting nearly 45 minutes for our food, the table that had arrived before us had already finished their meal and was paying their bill. By that point, we had run out of chips and salsa. The salsa itself was disappointing as well, tasting more like plain tomato sauce than fresh salsa. Our waitress then informed us that they had run out of chicken and were cooking more. We understand that things happen, and we appreciated being told, so we agreed to wait a little longer after being assured the food would be ready in about 10 minutes. A little over 10 minutes later, our food arrived. The chicken quesadilla was cold, while the enchiladas and combo plate were very hot. The enchiladas themselves were disappointing. Rather than traditional rolled enchiladas, they seemed to be folded tortillas with a small amount of fatty dark-meat chicken, covered in sauce and cheese. The texture and presentation weren't what we expected, and the tortillas seemed stale. We understand that restaurants can have off days and that running out of ingredients isn't always avoidable. What left us most disappointed was that there was little acknowledgment of the long wait or the issues with the meal. A simple apology or effort to address the situation would have gone a long way. We were hoping to find a local spot we could come back to regularly, but unfortunately this visit didn't leave us with that impression.
