We recently moved to the area and were looking for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Well, that wasn't going to happen. When the food and atmosphere is this good, you find yourself not wanting it to end. My husband is a lasagne snob and I swear, his eyes rolled back into his head. I had the eggplant parmesan, which was EXCELLENT! The portions were so generous that not only will we have dinner tonight, but tomorrow night as well. We had the artichoke as an appetizer and was very pleased to find that not only was it not in bits and pieces, but actual hearts of the choke which had been halved, fried in a very tasty batter, and served with a basil aoili. YUM!!! More than halfway through our lunch and we decided that we needed some garlic knots to soak up all the amazing sauces. Garlic indeed. I adore...yes, ADORE garlic and they didn't disappoint. CHUNKS of garlic and dripping in butter. I was in heaven. My husband may not be able to kiss me for the next week, but it's a price one must pay for the culinary enjoyment of the spouse. Wait staff was incredibly attentive and the manager came to check that everything was to our liking as we dug in to our meal. My husband and I had a plate of rigatoni Palermo, which was pretty good. We both had a small house salad. Whatever you do don't get the small salad. It's $8.49 for that. And if you add any toppings extra on your salad, you're charged $1.50 for each topping that's extra. Then we decided we would take the $8.49 piece of lemon cello cake dessert, to take home. I'm truly disappointed. The least they could do is give you a decent size piece of cake or dessert for $8.49. All in all without drinks, it was near 90 bucks, which is really heart wrenching because I really like the place. Salad shouldn't be more than $6.49 and the cake should only be six dollars because of its size. I will attach a picture of the cake. Service was great and the atmosphere is nice. read more

Rosa's in Prescott Valley was a huge disappointment. This place is shockingly filthy. (See attached photos.) The booths are so dirty you hesitate to sit down, and the thick layer of dust on the wooden dividers is hard to miss. If the dining area looks like this, it really makes you question what the kitchen must look like. Cleanliness clearly isn't a priority here. read more

So far the best pie I have had in the area. I do have a lot more pizza tasting to do. Roses had a nice thin crust that had good flavor. Sauce wasn't too sweet and not too much. Cheese was good no complaints. read more

We placed an order at 5:45 at our tables and were given our "pizzas" at 6:30. The said pizzas came out half cooked and half made. Yes they did give us some focaccia bread while we were waiting but we will not be visiting this location again. The place is clean and people are friendly. The salads are very fresh but the pizza was not very good. No flavor.

We've eaten at Rosas since they opened their doors in Prescott and Rosa herself would oversee operations, so we are not strangers to the caliber of service and flavors that Rosa's became so popular on. We've tried the PV location twice now and it is really subpar to the one in Prescott. On our most recent visit, we were seated quickly, which was nice, but also should have been a red flag because it was Saturday night at dinner time and they were not busy. The pizza was awful. The crust had the texture of something that had been sitting out and then was thrown in a microwave to reheat and the pizza wasn't even warm when it arrived at the table. It had zero sauce on it -I mean zero. We even pulled the cheese up to double check. We ended up getting cups of marinara to dip the pizza in - which we had to go up to the host desk to ask for since our server never once came by to check on us. We even had to flag down the busser to ask for more water. We won't be coming back to this location - even my pizza loving kids said it was awful. My advice is go to Prescott. read more

First time here. Food was mediocre at best. We ordered a "Mediterranean" shrimp appetizer which was just oily fried shrimp. It was supposed to come with a basil aioli but was served with cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. All it tasted like was oil. I ordered an antipasto salad and my friend ordered a Greek salad, both of which came with the same sweet balsamic vinaigrette. Weird, it wasn't a good dressing for either salad. We ordered pizza from here after a long day of moving. It was very easy to order online. You could chose to tip ahead of time or in person and you could chose to have them drop it off at the door or wait for you to answer and hand it to you which I thought was cool. They also provided us with the phone number for the delivery driver in case anything came up and she provided us periodic updates (waiting for the order, order just finished, on my way etc.). The food arrived warm and right at the estimated time. We got the meat lovers and veggie pizzas and it wasn't the most amazing pizza ever but it was good and reasonably priced! read more

We usually prefer the Prescott location, but decided to go here due to the cold weather. We arrived shortly after the lunch rush and the restaurant was not busy at all. We sat in a back corner booth/table and our server took our beverage order almost immediately. We came here with pizza on our mind and after deciding what we would be getting, we placed our order. We got an 18" pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeño pizza and an 18" sausage, mushroom, and caramelized onions (who knew???) pizza. After a short wait, our pizzas arrived nice and hot and we dug in! The pepperoni pizza was delicious as always and after one slice, my husband gave me a taste of the slice he had on his plate (the one with the caramelized onions) and I was rather surprised by the deliciousness! I would've never thought of ordering a pizza with caramelized onions, but I'm sure I will be doing this again! It was really good! The crust on Rosa's pizzas is some of the best I've ever had! So as we all know, eating out these days is not cheap. I never saw the check, because our out-of-state guests picked up the tab, but because we left the tip ($13), I'm guessing it was somewhere around $60. This included two XL pizzas, an iced tea, and two 16 oz. beers, which in my book is not bad for 2025 prices! After waiting for an hour for our garlic cheesy bread, chicken parmigiana, and cheesy Ravioli. They lost our ticket so they had to make it. 10 minutes later the cheesy garlic bread came out then a few minutes later so did our meal. Garlic bread was very good. It's just an average lunch. The Caprese salad $13 was good but they should have used Campari tomatoes. They just used grocery store stuff. No flavor. The mozzarella was very good they claim it was made in house. And basil was fresh with a pretty good balsamic. The tomatoes sucked! Campari actually have flavor. The pizza was ok. Just tomato sauce and veggies. No flavor other than black olives and onion. 18" $28. Use Campari tomatoes. Costco is not that far. And you're charging a crazy price anyway. read more

We eat here at least twice a month and normally we have a great experience. We went Saturday prior to Mothers Day knowing it would most likely a quiet day. We had a party of 4 arrived at 11 am, there was maybe three other tables in the dining room. We were greeted and seated promptly and then it went down bill from there. One server who went out on the patio quite often to talk on her phone. We were served a Cesar salad that had a lot of pink and spoiled romaine lettuce, very disappointing. I had to literally walk in the kitchen to find someone to assist us. We didn't want a discount or credit on our food, we expected a good salad and good service that we usually get during the week. Rosa's needs to work on having a full time hostess for seating guests and getting peoples to go orders. We got there and there were a couple people in front of me. The first person got seated, the next person told me she had been there for 10 minutes without help. She had orders to go. Two different people went to the back to bring her her food, and still wasn't done. Then we waited another 5 mts at least for a table for 7. It took a while for the apps and drinks. When we got the bill, I looked it over, like I always do, and we got charged $1.50 for 3 olives that my husband asked to put in his whisky/Gingerale. I was floored and asked our waitress, which was great btw. I know it wasn't her fault, but she asked about it and she said she was told because they don't usually garnish this type of drink, they had to charge it. Tonight seven of us met at Rosa's Pizzeria for dinner. We ordered two large pizzas (a Grandmother's and a Godfather's), a child's pepperoni pizza, a fettuccine Alfredo, and two salads (Caesar and regular). We enjoyed all of our selections. It was very interesting to watch their robot assisting their staff delivering food to the tables. We had eaten at that location years ago when it was another type of restaurant. December 28, 2022 We are from Southern California visiting family this week. We ate here this afternoon. Food was pretty good. Service was very slow. Felt bad for the server. Looked like she was the only one working in the place and was kind of full with customers. I think they are definitely short staffed. Food was good though. I had a couple of slices of cheese pizza and it is thin crust the way I like it. My wife's lasagna was good. She let me have a small piece. My daughter that lives here in Prescott Valley ordered the cheese ravioli. She always orders that here and likes it. I also had a Greek salad, it was excellent. Is this extraordinary Italian food here? Absolutely not, but the food is still pretty damn good and I would come here again. I remember on past visits to Prescott Valley, this building was previously a Garcias Mexican restaurant.
