It took about 20 minutes to get the salad which was just large pieces of lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese pieces from a can. Dressing on the side. Love their pizza! Wish I had found it two years ago when I moved here. Everything is freshly made. The salads, whether it's a side or an entrée they are really fresh and tasty. Definitely my new place to go to for pizza. The staff are really nice. The order at the counter and you sit down if you want or you can take it to go. We have ordered many times from Granite Mountain Pizza and had previously loved the pizza. We always order the supreme pizza. It is supposed to come with the following meats: Italian sausage, Salami, Canadian Bacon, pepperoni and Seasoned beef. The pizza we ended up had very little meat on it. Of the two slices I ate, I saw three slices of pepperoni and one bit of Canadian bacon between both slices. My husband's slices only had only several slices pepperoni on them. Totally missing from the pizza was the Italian sausage salami and seasoned beef. Did the restaurant change their staff or change ownership? The quality of the pizza has seriously deteriorated. I did reach out today by calling the store. I spoke to the manager on duty. He listened to what I had to say. He offered to make it right by remaking the pizza or offering me a discount on our next pizza. I did turn the offers down. I stated we merely wanted to make them aware of the situation and talk to the employees who were working. He stated he would talk to the employees. read more

My family and I love granite mountain pizza for a good take away pizza! They even offer take and bake if you live a little further away! Always super fresh. I've talked to the owners a few times and they have always been helpful and kind! They really appreciate the business and have been open for a long time. First time trying this place, unfortunately not a fan. We got the bbq chicken pizza. It had a fair amount of chicken but only had a few pieces of cilantro and onion. Very heavy on the sweet Bbq sauce which overpowered the flavor. Was not a fan of the crust at all. It was thick and rubbery with no flavor. read more

I can't begin to scratch the surface of how great this place is. The whole experience was excellent, from the time we ordered our pizza to the time we were packing up leftovers. The employees were so outgoing, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do for work. The last time we went, it was our anniversary. I asked one of the guys if there was anything special they could do, fully expecting the answer to be a no. They ended up making our favorite pizza in the shape of a heart. It was so delicious! I was in Prescott briefly and saw this pizza restaurant and decided I would come back and give it a try. The gentleman at the register told me it would be a 20 to 25 minute wait and of course I didn't even consider the fact that I was ordering right before Super Bowl! I just come from a memorial service and had completely forgotten about it for the moment. I got my pizza probably within 10 to 15 minutes and I do believe that he was understanding my situation as I was just picking it up to drive home after the service. Whatever the case, when I walked out of the restaurant, a woman was walking by and she saw me carrying the box and basically said I was going to enjoy the pizza very much. And I did! I ordered the thin crust and it was very tasty. The only thing that I would personally like would be just a little bit more of the sauce.
