So about every 1 in 4 pizzas I've ordered from here for delivery have had all the toppings slid over to one side of the pizza. I've had to call multiple times to have a new pizza sent out. It's getting old. Unfortunately, there's not many places out here to get delivery. Anyone have suggestions on other places please post them. read more

I just drove by this location at 9:40pm which closes at 10pm. It was clearly open with employees inside. I began calling at 9:47 to order a pizza and the phone rang repeatedly without answer. Rosati's has lost my business forever. Once a true loyal fan of this great establishment, their stores have continued to degrade in customer service and delivered product. What a shame! My advice to anyone looking for good pizza and/or customer service... Support your local Pizzerias because this franchise is too far gone! read more

OMG. How can this place affiliated with Rosatis? I have been enjoying Rosatis pizza for over 30 years. In all time I have eaten at probably 12 different locations. And for the most part the food is consistent throughout, except for the Marengo store. Wow is it BAD. I don't even know where to start. All I know is that I will NEVER order from there again. Rosatis Corp needs to know that this location puts a Black-eye on the Rosatis name. And I have spoken to many Marengo residents who have eaten here. Their opinion is the same as mine. This is our go-to pizza place. Closest to Chicago pizza we can find in the area. Always consistently delicious, cooked perfectly. This is our first choice for Friday Night / Pizza Night and for catering: Italian beef and baked mostaccioli are perfect for a party... great taste, reliable, and affordable. Great people, too! This will be the last time I ever do business with this Rosati's. Two weeks ago, ordered a pizza, picked up... All the toppings including the cheese wasnt even on top of the pizza, all was sitting against the side of the box. They replaced it, reluctantly, but replacement tasted like the cardboard box. Tried them again, just a couple salads, can't screw that up, right? Wanna bet! Nothing on the salads as their menus show that is included with the ones we ordered. Called and complained, nothing but bull shit excuses. If you don't have the items as advertised, then you can't sell those items. We were never told what was not available for those salads. The person "in charge" just kept talking in circles. Kept offering to fix it, how can you fix it, if you don't have it in the first place??? Offered a refund, when I decided that was best, just kept talking in circles again about the refund. Not likely I'll ever see that. Terrible attitude when we placed the order. No personality. Same when we picked up the food. This place is a disgrace to the Rosati's name. There's a Much better place in town that has better food and customer service. This place pretty much sucks. read more

Although we do usually get our pizza from this Rosati's, the quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it is very good, and other times it's slathered with too much tomato sauce and the crust is soggy. We think their pizza is best warmed over to crisp the crust. We have tried sandwiches a few time, and these are also very inconsistent. Most often beef sandwiches are soggy to the point that you can't pick them up. Even something so simple as hot dogs are often not very good. We have given up on them for sandwiches, but still get the pizzas looking forward to the reheated leftovers. Still not the best place to get a good first time pizza. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and it was clearly made with pizza sauce. I spoke to Jennifer on the phone and she said I had to bring the pizza back because she knows the cook made it right. She continued to scream at me and then hung up on me! I have had Pizza from several Rosati's and it has been very good. Marengo - not so good. As franchises, different Rosati's have the ability to vary the quality of their ingredients as well as their method of preparation. The Pizza from the Marengo location tends to have a thicker and drier crust and way too much sauce. We always order it with "easy on the sauce". Maybe I am spoiled as I grew up in Chicago with great thin crust Pizza. I wish Marengo has a better place, but they do not. read more

The Marengo Rosati's really disappointed me this weekend. I went in a week early before my daughters baby shower, my first born grandchildand placed a catering order. I was so excited and never had a problem with Rosati's but 2 hours before the shower started I get a call that they don't have the sternio to keep the food warm. I asked, so what am I to do. I was told to go to Walmart and purchase them myself. I paid for them (which) I was refunded but you shouldn't leave people scrambling to purchase them on my own. Why didn't you send someone to Walmart instead of the customer. This really didn't upset me that bad but the reason I was pissed, was because the girl I talked to the phone was totally rude and when I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that me speaking to a manager wasn't going to help. Love their pizza so we had some delivered to share with our guests. And as fate would have it we had a problem with the order. When I called they said sometimes that happens. Well sure it does but then you make it right... After all I did my part, I ordered and paid.... Disappointed with this location. My dad went here to pick up dinner for the family and when he got home, we noticed we were missing an entire meal. I called the store to complain and they knew they forgot the meal. They asked what I wanted and i said if you could deliver the meal for no charge, I will accept that. The cashier agreed and stated the food would be at my house in 15 min. After waiting over 30 min, I called the store back and they said the driver had to make a stop on the way and to call back if he wasn't there in 10 min. Why wasn't my meal a priority? We ordered a pizza tonight, had it delivered and called because it was not what we ordered. She said well you paid for what you received! I said well that is NOT what I ordered. I was put on hold and was told that she read the order back to me and I ok'd it. I did not hear her describe the crust - I was sent thin crust and ordered double dough, just the toppings were right. I said this is what you say when you make a mistake? I said this will be the last time I order from you and she said "OK"! I then called back and asked to talk to her manager and she said she was the manager. At no time did she apologize, offer a coupon or have any customer service skills. That was the only type of pizza I order from them and now I won't order at all. I hope the owners read this (I own a restaurant and would fire anybody that worked for me that was so rude to a customer). Send her back to manager training - or better yet, replace her! read more

We have ordered few different sandiches and pizza in the past few years. The food is not consistent in quality. Sometimes the pizzas are very good and other times they are greasy and soggy. Same for the sandwiches. You wouldn't think anyone could mess up a hot dog, but they have managed this. we don't get sandwiches here anymore, but sometimes risk the pizzas. read more
