When it's good it's great. When they are on, I'd give them 5 stars but this location seems to lack consistency in order accuracy and/or final product quality. The only thing consistent is that they are always inconsistent. We always order double dough and double sausage. Sometimes you get double some times there is hardly any sausage on the pizza, even though you paid for double. Last night we ordered and paid for 2, 18" double dough pizzas (nearly $100 with delivery cost) and when the delivery came I noticed the pizza boxes were very light... turns out they gave us thin crust. This pizza is very expensive and worth it when it gets done right but very frustrating to pay almost $100 for 2 pizzas that are not made correctly. My co-worker is from Chicago and he is always raving about Rosati's. I decided to give it a try and boy was I surprised. The deep dish pizza is out of bounds great. Cheesy with the right amount of sauce and buttery soft crust isn't even fair. They are definitely fishing with dynamite. I had the pizza delivered so I cannot comment on the store itself, but the service was spot on. The pizza comes with a sheet of aluminum over the top to keep it piping hot. The pizza was delicious. However when we got the bill it cost us 10 & 11 dollars for 2 draft beers. Outrageous. We go out every Saturday and pay around 4/5 dollars elsewhere. This restaurant is a great find! Fabulous pizzas with loads of toppings. They reheat well the next day, too. The menu has more Italian favorites beyond pizzas. Wow! Was a great addition to north Naples. The only thing that would make this better would be if we were physically in the Windy City itself. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious. We had the Cheef (Italian beef on garlic bread): the beef was perfectly cooked, the bread soft and fresh, the cheese was delicious, and the best parts: the au jus and giardinara (the real stuff in oil). Caesar salad with chicken was delicious with homemade croutons from their bread. Onion rings and wings were on point. Oh and The PIZZA. Crispy thin crust. Delicious sauce. Perfect cheese. First, I am from Chicago. I am familiar with both deep dish and pub style. We ate at Rosatis 3 times. First time got deep dish. Crust was dry and tasteless. Too much cheeze, sauce has little flavor. Second time got pub style, Sausage was raw! Sent it back. Waiter was Pino, the only adult in there. Last time recently we went in on Sunday. Waited 5 min for someone(a kid) to come out of the back. Ordered 2 glasses of wine (red). The waitress had no idea about anything to do with wine. It was brown! Ordered a double Crust. The Crust was dry with no flavor and no chew. The Chicken Alfredo is so rich and creamy. The Italian Beef and deep dish pizza are authentic Chicago style. Giuseppe is the best server you will have and knows his menu and wines like a pro. I didn't enjoy this pizza at all, but I'm giving this place three stars because if you enjoy Chicago style pizza, this may work well for you. I did a carryout and I was super impressed with the temperature of the pizza, the packaging was excellent, and the toppings were plentiful. I just wish I would have loved the taste! To me, the crust and sauce were both bland tasting. The sauce was too watery for my taste as well. If you like Chicago style, I highly recommend trying them out. I actually enjoy Dominos (yep, not a pizza snob, just looking for great taste ) and I compare my pizza to the them and I would prefer Dominos to Rosati's. Just home form eating "in" at this wonderful pizzaria. Yes they have amazing pasta, salads and other great things, but this Chicago girl has been dying for a perfectly made, thin crust Italian sausage pizza. It was perfection! It's the best pizza in Naples and Giuseppe is a bonus. No one offers better service or makes you feel more welcome than this true gem from Italy. He's worth the trip alone. Go now and often !!! First off grew up in Chicago on Rosati's pizza. Always get thin crust extra crispy sausage and onions. Went here the first time and positives: Service was excellent. Wine was good quality. Ambiance was nice. Lots of TVs for your viewing pleasure. Comfortable chairs and clean facilities. The two of us ordered Italian Beef, Italian Beef and Sausage and an 18" Pizza to try them out. Yes we took half the sandwiches and 3/4 of pizza home. The beefs were good, but the Hot Giardiniera did not appear to be oil based. Every Chicago person knows that is a MUST. The pizza as a pervious review mentioned was NOT original Rosati's like the other location in Naples. Way too much cheese and sauce did not taste the same. As we live in Ave Maria thought this closer one was going to work. For the life of me I cannot understand how Rosati's does have more quality control. You go to any McDonalds and the products taste the same. I really wanted to LOVE this place, but for now trekking to the other one. read more

On a different day I had a thin crust pizza with green peppers, mushrooms, onions and Italian sausage. It was delicious. Piping hot when served. Next visit I tried a cheese deep dish pizza. Comfort food in the shape of a pizza! Crust was thick but still crispy. I was not overwhelmed by too much crust. I ordered the Cannella Nuggets for dessert. Out of this world!
