Upon my first visit, here's my observations: 1. The laundromat is small but comfortable enough to get whatever washing you need done. 2. They have commercial machines available, some UV light washing machines and all machines take debit/credit card, which is useful. 3. It's good that this place has a restroom but here's the bad--it's run down, has no lock on the door for guests when in use, no toilet seat tissue covers, the toilet may clog up even with minimal use, there's water stains and mold buildup on the ceilings all of which are aesthetically unpleasant. Would I come here again? Sure. My needs are pretty basic so I won't dismiss this laundromat but maybe some improvement can be made to the restroom as this is important. It's neutrally accommodating.

But my light items are just getting worse looking. I never noticed this issue the 6 months I used the previous service who stopped pickup/deliver service and transferred my service to Glide. But Glide has ruined all my light colored items that started bright clean looking and now are dull, dingy, texture rough. They did literally ruin 3 pink tops as I think they put with darks and something dark bled on them. They did reimburse me but not the point. I continue to find all my light colored tops worse and pillow covers are dingy even dirty looking. I don't have alot of lighter stuff being sent in so maybe they are washing them with darks??? My years of doing my own laundry I never seen anything like it! My 1 new white cami never washed before came back dingy and gray looking. The pink pillow covers I kept sending are starting to look so really bad now (note: I alternate sending these pink pillow cases, that is why the one looks dingier in the picture (google review) than the other at this point). I will no longer send light colored items and if I do accidentally it is on me at this point. I am not sure if they are being washed with dark clothes, or the machine walls aren't being cleaned regularly or maybe both. I absolutely love this service except for what it is doing to my items. The gal who does pickup/delivery is great. The folding still has no rhyme or rhythm (basically you can tell when 2 different people are folding opposed to 1 person) but the smoothing has gotten better. The clothes smell better after changing fabric softners, just don't expect fluffy ever again as I found with one of my fluffy couch blankets. But I know that my dark items are only surviving this because they are dark. My old launderer did a one yr deal with Glide on price. In August it goes up quite a bit per pound. I am not sure it will still be worth staying or looking elsewhere. We will see. I don't think people see the true issue unless you use repeatedly as I do. I hope the company will step up and fix the issue so I can give more stars and continue long term servicing.

You can buy mini bottles of downy, tide and dryer sheets for $3 each. They also have a machine to change your bills for quarters. I had a king size bed set I needed to wash and their large washer for 6 loads did the job, this washer cost $5.75 a load. Others went as low as $2.75 for smaller loads. The dryers were .25¢ but I was confused because one machine gave be 28 minutes for one quarter while another other gave me only 5 minutes. I did drop the review a star because after 2 dry cycles my blankets were still slightly wet and I had to get to work couldn't stay any longer.

I had a queen size comforter to wash. Found this location on…read moremy google maps. Was so thrilled. Clean inside, there is an attendant working. Machines look new. They have various huge load machines, up to 100 lb. capacity. Lots of good counter space. Coinless means you can use your credit card or cash to buy a machine card to operate the washers and dryers. The attendant helped me with this. It's pretty easy to do, and now I have credit on my laundry card. I can also replenish the card when I need to. Big shout out to the attendant there. She is awesome, hard worker. Vending machines for soaps, drinks, snacks.

Let me start by saying that I come here only for super wash (just found out that across the street…read morehas super wash though ) I put $40 on my card went to the super wash machine put in $12.00 then you need to put an additional $1.00 so I tried and it said machine busy!! And would not do super wash so after 20 minutes looking for an employee . I decided to try the other large machine next to it. Same thing machine busy. So after 10 minutes of looking for an employee I went to another machine at a different area. Everything worked as designed. So about 15 or 20 minutes later the employee pulls up. She gets out of the car and I start to explain and she says wait I gotta and the door closed. I saw her start talking to my daughter by the machines. I walk in and she right away says if I can make the machine work you are not getting a refund . Then give me your card. ??? She wants me to spend another dollar of mine to prove I'm wrong so she don't have to reimburse me?????? So I lose an additional $2.00 if it works. But I have been trying to get it to work several times so I knew it would not work. And the machine shows a $11.99 credit per machine and both machines say machine busy. And of course I gave my card and try and try she could not make it work. So she puts my card in the card slot up front and reviewed my recent transactions for like 7 minutes . It's like today there were two transactions for $11.99 what else could prove that you don't owe me $23.98? Then she says it's policy not to refund . I tell her she can simply put my card in and credit the money back to my card . She insists she is not capable of. I. Point out a time when she did just that for $4.00 she paused as if thinking then said I don't think I did ! Then said she does not have that capabilities. Then she said she could reimburse $1.00 I clearly ask why .! She says it's policy That if you spend $11.99 and it does not let you have super wash then you only get $1.00 . I obviously believe she made that up on the fly. Do I say ok let me get that $1.00 per machine and she says ok let me see your card. !!!!! Really no capabilities of a refund huh ??? Wow! ?? So no refund I don't want two dollars! I want someone to meet me at any charity and them hand over $24.00 to any charity ! This is not about $$$ or greed this is about fraud and theft from big business. Now fraud , false advertising , politicians lying to public on tv . Is everyone big business too big to arrest? Or fail? Cause scumbags like this just keep getting away with it.!!! I don't want the money but I don't want the crook to get away with the loot! So any charity or donation box or church hand them the $24.00 that was deviously stolen ( once you see your error and still keep the money it is no longer an error) so yea stolen money.
