I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share an EXCEPTIONAL experience with Diamond Dry Cleaners in Chandler. I brought in an expensive cream colored pair of women's trousers that had a large balsamic vinegar and olive oil stain running all down the front. For anyone who knows stains, balsamic vinegar is right up there with blood, mustard, and soy sauce as one of the most difficult to remove. Honestly, I expected the pants to be a total loss. To my absolute amazement, they managed to remove 100% of the stain! The trousers look perfect, as if the accident never happened. Overall good experience with this cleaners. I needed a suit and dress shirt dry cleaned for a wedding in June. It was Wednesday or Thursday before the wedding on Sunday. I called to make sure they would be done in time to pick up Saturday. They said no problem bring them in. When I came to pick up my dress shirt was misplaced or didn't make it back from wherever the cleaning takes place. But the suit was well cleaned and ready to go on time. This is absolutely the worst cleaners I have ever used. 1- 6.00 a shirt is a ridiculous price and you gouge the people. 2-when you have a new client and say it's bank on Wednesday you should at least use communication skills and say after 5pm. I've been using them for more than a year now and have been consistently happy with the clothing that they've cleaned & pressed to perfection. (I figured I should write a review, because a year was long enough...sorry for the delay! ) I not only found their staff to always be friendly, but the pricing and time to get the garments back very reasonable. (I moved her from CA...where dry cleaning is totally hit or miss and very expensive most of the time.) I'm not worried about dropping off things here, I know they'll pay attention to the fiber content and give it back in perfect shape. I've been here multiple times and every time I have walked in the door it was myself who had to say hello or simply provide my name so they could provide me my clothes. This is the best cleaner I've ever been to. I've dropped off shirts that I was sure were done for. They came back looking almost new. I tried a few other cleaners in the area and they always give me the shirts back with a tag saying something like "sorry we tried to get this stain out but it would cause extra damage." I still LOVE this place! I was gone to Michigan for two years and came back and they remembered me! They know my name and are just a perfect hidden spot for all my clothing needs! I have been using this dry cleaners for 8 years since they opened up. When I first went there I had a stain the other cleaners could not get out and they were able to remove my stain. I also had some alterations done and they were very quick and did a great job. I moved from chandler to queencreek but they are worth the drive. I will never go anywhere else. This is the best dry cleaner I have been to in a long time. I brought a light grey suit in that had some pretty severe greasy stains on them. I honestly thought the suit was ruined due to its light color but I wanted to see if It could be saved. They had it ready the next day and it looked absolutely brand new. This place lost my shirt then told us that we never dropped one off. When I pushed them, they said that they had it all along and that it was never lost. They gave me someone else's shirt. When I returned that shirt they again told me that they had my shirt and that it was never lost. They then gave me a different shirt. Again the wrong shirt. When I told they that it wasn't my shirt they told me that I didn't know what my shirt looked like. I pointed out that one of these shirts wasn't even my size but still they made it my fault.
