I gave them a try a few months back for a gel pedi - the staff is very friendly and inquisitive, drinks are offered, and it is located close to my home. Unfortunately, the gel lifted at the cuticle within a week. For reference, I can usually get a month, or more, out of a gel pedi before lifting or peeling occurs. I coach gymnastics PT and am usually barefoot and my toes get beat up I went back Friday evening for a dip manicure, instead of waiting 10 hours to stop by my regular nail salon, big mistake. I asked for an almond shape and a raspberry pink color. What I left with was far from what was ask for. The tech was a little wild with the buffing drill and caught the flesh of my fingers more than once and I left with a pretty painful cut. The owner asked how I liked my nails and I was fairly honest without being rude, and simply stated the color was not what I asked for. The only explanation, no apology or solution offered, was that someone must have switched out the caps. I was still charged full price for their mixup. You may be asking, "why didn't she say something sooner?" I didn't b/c another customer, that was checking out the color I "picked", was assured that it would change once she was done buffing and top coat was on. Definitely not the case. Giving them 2 stars because they are super friendly, but I won't be going back.

I just got a service and I have been going to them for a long time and bringing family for services. Today, the lady completely butchered my feet, from pedicure to polish to shape all bad. I asked for square shape. They were all oval. Some short and uneven and crooked. Even Tim tried to fix it and apologized that the services were horrible but he couldn't fix it because the damage was already done. She even put so much gel polish on them that they are thick. After speaking to the manager (Nick) about my concern; he advised me that there was nothing that they could do. When a tech mess up on you feet their policy is to put fake nails on my toes to fix the problem because they can't give any discounts for what the services of their technician has done. The only way you can get a discount is if they cut you. So I have to produce blood for a discount. WHAT! I didn't ask for free service just to credit something for subpar service. Mind you anytime get my services done. I'm spending over 150 to $180 every service plus tips. Lesson learned. I hate having to find a new shop especially when you nail tech (Tim) is amazing. But the overall customer care and service and how you treat customers is more important to me.

I met Ruby who is the new owner, Jessica, Ruby's husband Daniel and their daughter. Very nice people! Ruby did my nails and OMG, she did great!! She takes great pride in her work! The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because it's not a fancy salon like most are nowadays and I know a lot of people look for that. I got dip powder for mani, gel for my pedi and paid $70! That included the tip! I've paid up to $100 at the fancy salons and the pedi's are not gel! If you are looking for reasonably priced salon and don't care for all the fancy atmosphere ; then this is the place to go!
