I wanted to have my nails done for my bachelorette party this weekend but had to settle for just getting a no chip with short nails. The guy did a good job with even coating but me not getting what I came for was really disappointing. I would come back to give them another try but maybe for a pedi. Really bummed I can't get gel builder here like they claimed. Builder Gel Does not include manicure. A Builder Gel service is the go-to choice for anyone looking to add significant strength, structure, ((and length)) to their natural nails. They did an absolute horrible job doing a simple color change on my gel x nails. The nail tech tried to blame the shotty paint job on my nails, from trimming them down a centimeter. Lol Even though my nails were perfect after removing the prior color & trimming them down. If you know, you know - gel x nails are top tier- it's not molded nails like acrylic or dip powder-they go on perfect and remain perfect. They slapped on a blob of nail polish- instead of doing thin even coats. They offered to fix it for free- but if they can't do it right the first time I definitely don't want to waste my time sitting there for another 30+ minutes for the same result. I told them I did not want them to fix it & I would just like to leave. They refused to let me leave without paying-even though they offered to fix it for free. Charged 55$ for a color change ONLY. (Just removing polish and re-painting- no soaking the hands, no hand/arm massage-didn't offer me a drink-nothing else) DONT GO HERE!!!!! Drive a little further to iNails & Spa off 78 by dollar general. Wayyy better prices, BETTER service-done right the first time- & down to earth technicians. They can do everything & more!!! Lily & Joe are the absolute best. They do have a point systems as well for money off your service. They do get busy, but it is worth the wait, or even going back a little later. My dip was fine, except they did zero cleanup of my cuticles, etc. At my other place, that's included in the price. When I asked the manager, she said it was a $6 add on for cuticle care, or a $10-$15 add on for manicure. I've never heard of them being separated out and they didn't explain that on the descriptions I read prior to choosing. They also just kind of left me after completing the service. No one told me I was done or helped me get out of my chair and to the cashier. Manager saw me sitting and wondering what to do next and just walked away. It's just a shame that places have to upcharge for everything. I'll be going back to my place in Royse City that includes basic nail care in their dip service and who trains their staff to be helpful from beginning to end of service.

He made sure to fulfill my requests and didn't stop till they were perfect! He even trimmed my cuticles at no cost. He was very attentive and accommodating. I also got a pedicure which was lovely! They scrubbed oranges on my legs which was cool, I've never seen that before! As soon as I got home, I noticed one of my toe nails was smudged and I returned the next day and the owner was so WELCOMING and fixed my toe nail at no charge, even though I insisted that I would pay.
