THIS SALON WAS AMAZING AND SO HOSPITABLE TO GUESTS. If I had the time to get a certification/license to do cosmetology I would want to help and work for them immediately. That's how much I want the best for this salon. First and foremost, Ann and Andy took wonderful care of me and payed extreme attention to detail for my nails. I came in and had a very warm welcome (which I feel can be a hit or miss at bigger nail salons) and they had a plethora of nail colors to select from. Ann was honest about what type of manicure I should get for my desired nail shape and cracking jokes here and there which made me feel so welcome and comfortable at their salon. Andy didn't rush in perfecting my nail shape and even made sure my nails weren't crooked unlike some other salons that can never seem to keep my index nail from pointing inwards. He was methodical and put 100% into his work! I know their salon is not the biggest or most luxurious but their service is worth much more than any convenience a more expensive salon could offer. Ann and Andy were so incredibly sweet. I called ahead and they were very honest about the wait time (to be fair I called on a Saturday mid day and asked to be seen immediately) but they got me seated pretty quickly after I arrived. The services were wonderful, my techs were very meticulous with the cuticle care and the attentiveness they used was great on both my pedicure and manicure. Ann provided great conversation (and the perfect amount of conversation too, iykyk) My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them, she even had some of her Christmas designs painted on her hand so she could show me multiple options. This is THE nail salon! I've been shopping around Rockwall and Rowlett for a good nail salon, and I've finally found one. I'm tired of the huge nail salons with long waits and rushed services. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was serviced immediately. Ann took her time on my nails which are very thin from psoriasis. She put extra layers of dip for strength and support and shaped them beautifully. I haven't left a nail appointment this happy with the outcome in quite a while. This is a true mom and pop shop. It is cozy, calm, and high quality. They even gifted me a bottle of cuticle oil and told me to bring it back for a refill when it runs out. My partner and I recently experienced a couples pedicure and we were blown away by the experience! The atmosphere was calming and romantic, perfect for a relaxing date. The pedicurists were skilled and attentive, making sure our feet were pampered and massaged to perfection. The added bonus of sipping on soft drinks while getting our pedicures was the cherry on top. I've now been to family-owned and operated Ann & Andy's Nail Salon twice. Both times, I've been delighted with my gel manicure, deluxe pedicure, and waxing. It's clean, they have an extensive color selection, the atmosphere is friendly and fun (the owners and staff were engaged with customers, laughing and having a good time with all of us), and my nails look terrific! This place opens 30 min before anyone else. Loved the environment , Ann and her husband Andy were very welcoming. I'm pretty sure she gave me a better treatment and charged me for the less expensive one. So many colors to choose from, comfortable chairs and all around excellent visit. Absolutely recommend Ann and Andy!! They were such sweet people and made me feel at home. I went here on a whim for a full set before my wedding and they were able to do the exact design I wanted on my nails! They turned out beautiful. Ann & Andy's is the best! Andy does excellent dipped powder nails. They were beautiful like glass, but super strong. The removal process was simple. I just soaked my nails in acetone until they totally dissolved. Ann and Andy are a great team and treat their clients very well. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They deserve it read more

I went in while my car was being serviced nearby. They took such good care of me-they fit me into their schedule, provided me with water (or soft drinks) and they let me wait in a massage chair before and after until my car was ready. They are so kind, and did a great job on my nails! read more
