During my pedicure, the technician was very aggressive around my cuticles and scraped/cut them enough that they started bleeding. One area even bled again after I got home, and the following day it was still painful and swollen. What bothered me most was that the technician never apologized or really acknowledged that I had been hurt. I understand that small mistakes can happen, but I don't think a pedicure should leave someone bleeding and in pain the next day. I'm hoping it doesn't become infected, but unfortunately after this experience I'll be going somewhere else. It's especially disappointing because I genuinely used to love this salon.

I always call when they open and schedule for the same day. My little one (5 year old) comes with me to get a mani and pedi and they treat her like a princess. So sweet with her. They always offer her a juice, which she's always happy with.
