The service that the store owner gave me was exceptional was personalized. Michael was fantastic with just a few photos and a lamp he made my wedding centerpieces come to life. Heather is a lovely person but my flowers did not turn out how I wanted. The bouquet style trend currently is a wide bouquet with cascading flowers. I did change my mind to that towards the end but she said she could make the change. I wish she would've said no I can't make it look like the picture you sent or to have that this would need to happen. There was a disconnect in communication. If she had said she couldn't have been accommodating with what I wanted I wouldn't have told her to change from my original all calla lillies I wanted. The flowers at the reception were too short for the vase she had them in it definitely could've looked better than it did. read more

Very disappointed with this place. They didn't take any responsibility for their products. On mother's day my husband bought me flowers and they arrived withered, after 3 days ended up in the trash because they ended up dead. I called them 2 times by nobody answered the call. Later in a conversation, my husband told me that he paid $120 ("for a small flower arrangement")and he sent another for his mother, I send them an email on 18 of June. How they didn't answer too I called today and the guy on the phone said that he can't do anything, if I have an issue, I need to call them immediately. I explained that I did 2 times but nobody took my call. His answer was "we always have somebody here". I explained too that my husband bought 3 times and 2 of them were for presents, how he aims to that the person who receive the flowers will call them or us to complain about a present. I came in to purchase flowers for a Birthday. I'm usually picky when it comes to quality floral arrangements. I was looking for a nice classy high-end arrangement and was pressed for time. I came to the store and the shelves were empty. I was disappointed and about to walk out, the store owner pulled me back, and asked me what I was looking for (he mentioned he was cleaned out from the morning rush). I told him I would know it if I saw it and asked if he had a catalog to look at. But, I told him I did't have time to build an arrangement from scratch. He said it would only take 5-10 minutes. After selecting an arrangement from the catalog he went in the back, came back out, and had put together one of the best quality floral arrangements I have seen in the area. It even looked better than what was in the catalog. I highly recommend to anyone looking for high end quality floral arrangements. This florist definitely pulled through with both quality and time. He also didn't hit you bad on the price. I would have never gotten the same quality going through online retailer. I purchase enough flowers good and bad to know.
