Ordered the "deluxe" Country Basket Blooms" arrangement, for $115 (you pay extra for the more elaborate deluxe upgrade). They sent something laughably different ( I do understand that substitutions sometimes need to be made and I have realistic expectations). I called and spoke to the owner, who said they had to make edits, omitting some of the flowers because they were in poor condition, which is why it wasn't similar to the arrangement I purchased. She said they couldn't do anything about it, and offered to add extra flowers to my next purchase. Please see screenshot of what I ordered and a photo what my mother received, for you to decide. Beautiful flowers! My Mother LOVED them. They were super fast and efficient delivering them. They gave me ETA later than they arrived and that was called service. Although, I was disappointed in the truffles. I did not think they were lindor, it also never said they were lindor. I thought maybe an actual small chocolate box with truffles. I understand they need to make profit but a 15.2 oz at target the most expensive place on the planet sells them for $13.99 when I paid a whopping $10 for a 5.1 oz. I will definitely be back for more flowers but never again for truffles. read more

After trying to place an order with two others in the same area--one kept putting me on hold for over 30 minutes and the other took all information then canceled the order but didn't bother to contact me so I assumed the delivery had been made--so I got online and quickly placed an order with Hayes which was delivered the same day, even though I had placed the order after 12:00. If I could give more stars I would. Hayes florist has the MOST personable customer service. The precious woman that I spoke with was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! She treated me like family. She was kind enough to arrange for the flowers groups that I purchase to be delivered out of their area. I love you guys to THE MOON! The world needs more people like you. Great florist and service! Ordered flowers for my mom's 87th birthday on a Friday to be delivered on Monday in south St. Pete. Found out on Saturday that she would be in Clearwater for the week. Called early Monday morning to switch delivery. They couldn't have been any nicer or accommodating ! Beautiful flowers delivered before 1 pm! She was surprised and very delighted- thank you!! Loved the bouquet of roses I got as a walk in customer. The staff member was so kind and helpful, going above and beyond for us, offering to take the vase out to the car while I toted my toddler. Let me begin this review by saying I have done business with Hayes Florist since 1974. We go back a little ways. This morning after hearing of the passing of my brother in law I phoned Hayes Florist to have flowers delivered to my sister. The staff member I spoke with on the phone was super kind and patient as I was having difficulties clearly expressing myself (tears). Maybe 3 hours later I received a photo from my sister of the flowers and they were absolutely beautiful. It's great to do business with such a great company. Unfortunately the flowers I order looked nothing like the pictures, and yes it was my fault I've only remember to order last minute before the funeral. I wish I would have more time to shop around. The picture had over 2 dozen white rose this had maybe 10 .the only reason for 4 stars is because they fur filled a last minute order. But as for the arrangement, I was super disappointed. Awesome flower shop I've ordered twice from here for my wife. first time was our wedding anniversary and the guy I spoke with was helpful and stayed under my budget and the flowers were amazing huge vase large long full arraignment and not only did they have that wow factor but my wife was amazed at how long they lasted. Dissapointed :-( I called in and placed a same-day order for the "Beautiful Love Bouquet" in the PREMIUM size and the owner said she could have it prepared same day. She did mention that a few of the flowers shown in the photo sample on the website was not in stock, so therefor, she'd have to replace them with different flowers but of the same volume and color scheme. I was completely ok with that, as I really just loved the volume and design of the bouquet in the photo they use to advertise it on their site. I was pretty shocked when I picked it up. It looked nothing like the photo on their website. Even the vase was of a completely different style. Can't believe I spent over $250 on a bouquet that looks like I could have put together myself with the flowers I have growing in my backyard. Very disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered to my aunt for her 70th birthday. It looked absolutely nothing like what I discussed over the phone. I agreed to a classy, high style arrangement in a low/flat container, money to be used in flowers. I spent 100 on this arrangement, NOT including delivery or tax. What was delivered was some roses, a few stems of lilies, a few gerbers all in an ugly clear glass vase, with a Mylar balloon! The exact opposite of what I ordered. A bouquet of Publix flowers in a vase puts this arrangement to shame. Hayes Florist should be ashamed of their finished product. I'm completely embarrassed. read more
