Kim did an amazing job and we had a lovely conversation. She is very down to earth, accommodating, and kind. There's only one chair so you aren't sitting in a row of strangers with their feet soaking. Preferable. The chair is very comfortable and has a massage panel. She cleaned up my eyebrows as well, asking questions about how I'd like them etc. overall a very positive experience in nails. Did not get my hair done.
