Hands down one of my go to florist in Nashville. I've used the White Orchid on numerous occasions throughout the year and I can't rave about them enough. The service is exceptional and pricing is on par with what you would expect from a florist of this caliber. A few things to highlight are floral quality and hydration along with special delivery touches. My arrangements have always been properly hydrated to ensure longevity and if requested they take additional steps to send a photo of the arrangement once delivered. I was visiting from out of town and looking for a last minute bouquet to gift someone who had invited me to her house for lunch. This place was close by and the gentleman was quick to stop what he was doing and put together a fresh arrangement. My friend was thrilled and told me it was her favorite florist and that her late husband had often bought flowers for her from them. They also handled flowers for his funeral. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!! I had to assign a 1 star rating to write this review; otherwise, they don't even deserve 1 star. Apparently their friends have written all of their glowing reviews as my experience was not as expected and I was suckered by all of the FAKE reviews. They did not listen to what I requested and did not properly communicate with me the inventory they had on hand. Then, when I called to politely discuss my dissatisfaction, I was told I had no right to be upset and that I was just looking for something to be upset about (what??!!) I absolutely love this florist! If you're tired of what I consider cookie cutter overpriced arrangements then this is definitely your place to shop for beautiful unique pieces that LAST! Not only do I use them for sending flowers and plants, I personally have received a gorgeous arrangement from them and I swear the flowers were still opening up on week two and it looked stunning for several weeks after. They were sooo pretty I was able to repurpose them for a dried arrangement - so there's that. Just a great locally owned GIFT and flower shop with amazing owners that really do go above and beyond. I pick the exact picture paid $125 for the arrangement and did not select "florist choice" because I wanted to know what type of arrangement she would receive. When delivered, the arrangement had none of the same flowers and was significantly smaller. When I called the shop, the florist who arranged it answered and told me she didn't have any of those flowers and a manager would call me back. No one ever called. Do not trust this florist. Disappointing. My boyfriend buys me flowers every year for our anniversary. This is the first year he has gotten them sent to me. The bouquet itself was squished together and many of the flowers looked too old to be used. I found out later the bouquet was also suppose to be an arrangement of white daisies, white lilies, two toned roses tied together with a berry colored bow. I received a completely pink arrangement that was also filled with sad field flowers and tied together with a un-matching bow. Incorrect orders and old flowers? They pulled out all the stops, all while staying within a very reasonable budget. Walking into my reception barn and seeing the decorated arbor, I was completely floored. They pulled out all the stops and it was by far the most beautiful part of my wedding. With deep purples and greens, their creativity didn't just stop with flowers, but they incorporated grapes, artichokes and cabbage to really make the coolest centerpieces most of us have ever seen!
