While I didn't physically use the washers and dryers inside, I did use the cleaning service inside of rose hill to have my comforter cleaned. I had a busy day ahead of me and expected to have to spend a few hours at the laundromat but was pleasantly surprised that Rose Hill offered that as a service for $16 ($15 if you can wait until the next day). The woman who worked with us was very kind and explained to us how to get set up with a card and when we could expect the comforter back. I returned about 4 hours later to a freshly washed and dried comforter in a nice plastic bag to aide with transportation. A perfect 5 star experience! read more

Each time I put my clothes in the Dryer and step outside to make a phone call or go buy or bring something from my car, they open my Dryer, and they steal 2 or 4 of my clothes. They only steal the good tops, those that are hard to find unless you spend hours at TJ-Max or at Macy's. I find out about my stolen clothes when I get home. So frustrating and to be honest I get really upset not just about the money I lost but also about the time lost in shopping for those stolen tops. I complained to Rose Hill Laundromat employees, they only reply by repeating, "no, no, no ...". I have never seen the owner and complains don't reach him/her. I started going to Rose Hill Laundromat a year and half ago. I researched laundromats and read good reviews about this place. I use the wash and fold and it is AMAZING! The employees are FANTASTIC! The two women who work there are so sweet and kind. They are always friendly and very helpful. They are very careful to not use any scented detergent or dryer sheets with my clothes due to allergies. They are always so careful with any clothes, blanket, dog bed, comforters, etc I bring to them. The clothes are always folded nicely, it's impressive how they fold the fitted sheet! The clothes are always neatly in a plastic bag tied and put into a bigger bag. You can choose to have your items ready same day, for a small fee or next day. The laundromat is always clean and bright! There are flat screen tvs to keep you entertained. Parking is plenty and there are carts inside you can use to take your clothes inside. read more

Don't bother wasting your money coming here. Half of the machines are broken or only work half way. One of the employees said the owner, Herman, said it's too expensive to fix these machines. It's ridiculous that you own a business but refuse to make it operational. When you complain they offered no assistance or compensation. They said they can't tell which machines are not working like the dryers that don't heat properly or the washers that don't dispense the bleach or fabric softener. With these Speed Queen washers, you put measures of detergent, bleach, and fabric softener products into separate dispenser compartments on the top of the machine and when these things are needed during the wash or rinse cycles, water comes thru the dispenser to carry the product into the machine so it will mix it with the water and the clothes being washed. At the end of the last rinse cycle the dispenser should be clean (with no detergent, etc, left in it). On some of the machines I used there was a lot of fabric softener, from the previous customer, left in the dispenser. I looked while I was using the machines, and some had just a trickle of water going thru the dispenser during the rinse cycle. On the machines I used, the detergent dispenser worked fine, lots of water. But the fabric softener dispenser didn't get enough water to clear the dispenser and move all of the product into the machine. So, check out the dispenser before you put your clothes in the machine. The dispenser should be clean, with no sign of any fabric softener from the previous customer. If it's not clean, don't use the machine! read more

Ridiculously expensive! Costs about $20 to do a load of laundry and on top of that they have old dilapidated machines that don't close properly. This the need to keep feeding the machines to dry and wash clothing because the first cycle didn't get a chance to finish because the door popped open. Customer service sucks! The employees will simply state its "not their responsibility" and then continue to chat with their friends. They don't even bother giving you the name or contact info for a manager or owner to lodge your complaint. All in all don't waste your time and money here read more

Living in a small condo with the tiny stackable washer/dryer combo made it very difficult to wash our comforters/blankets. After a quick yelp search for laundromats that provide laundry services found me here! I dropped off two blankets (one fluffy twin sized comforter and one queen sized fuzzy blanket) on a Monday around 11:30am and was told they would be ready same day (for $1 additional charge) by 3pm! I swung by after an appointment and my comforters were cleaned, folded, and wrapped in plastic so they could be transferred still fresh-from-the-laundry clean to my condo. Total was under $30- Which I think is an excellent price considering they do it for you! FYI-they only take cash for totals under $25. Easy process, just drop off and pick up, and I was very happy I could get it done the same day- in a few hours, no less! Staff was friendly, if not a bit short. Overall, I would definitely come here again- they wash pillows and rugs for you as well! read more

They have very reasonable rates AND they do an excellent job of making them smell clean and fresh. It's a nice little luxury to have this place to help out when the laundry pile gets too big with my crappie HE/might-as-well-use-a-washboard-instead washer. HA! I came here today to get 6 bathroom rugs cleaned. These are the same rugs that I mentioned in my previous review. Their posted prices are $7 for first rug and $3.50 - $4.50 for additional rugs. They again tried to charge me $42 for these rugs, even though only one of them is big and the others are small. Once of them is only 2 square feet! I told them that they charged me $33 for them last time and they even checked in their computer and saw that I was right but still insisted they charge me $42. I told them I would not pay more than I paid last time for the same rugs and if they're going to be dishonest and change their prices then I'll take them someplace else. The people who work here are very dishonest. They post prices but totally ignore them and charge you whatever they feel like charging. They look at you and charge what they think you'll pay. It is nice inside but expensive in my opinion. I have laundry room at my place but i have luxury pillows and sheets that wont do well in there. I brought them here and the machine large enough for my pillows were $7.00 to wash. Small washer- 3. 75 Medium-4.75 @ And then it jumps to 6.75 for large And i think jumbo is 7.75 Just to wash. I only came in here once. The wash cycles seemed to be too long--like nearly an hour instead of a half-hour. I also don't like using the reloadable prepaid cards to use the machines. Let me start this review by saying that I am not a regular at laundromats, so I can't compare this one to others. What I can say is it was very clean and all the machines are a nicely polished stainless steel, as promised on their website. They throw in free drying, up to a certain number of minutes depending on the dryer size that you choose. I'm taking away one star because their website says you can pay by credit card but when I was there the credit card part of their payment machine was taped up and labelled out of order. I dropped off 29 lbs of laundry Saturday 11-8 for next day clean. I picked up 2 bags that were labeled as mine last night in the rain only to get home and it's not mine. I call then go back in the rain and they can't find my laundry. I even go through the bags in the back, my stuff is no where to be found. They start calling up customers that have picked up in the last 48 hours to no avail. I'm pissed at this point but still trying to keep my cool, they ask that I call in the morning to speak to the manager and give them more time to locate my stuff. I call this morning and the manager is not in and guess what neither is my laundry. This place was my top drop off laundry but never again. Not one person from management or an owner has called to assure its customer that they are on top of the problem and will locate my stuff, this is rediculous. I hope I don't have to go to the courthouse to get this resolved but if that's what it takes so be it. read more

When my washer broke down this place was a life saver. With 3 kids there was so much laundry. We brought some in and they did such a good job that we brought in everything. Really good experience, having not been to a laundromat in many years I had problems with using the card, I had always paid in change. The lady that was working, noticed I was having problems and came to help me out. The last laundromat I went to off of Franconia road always had the workers behind a wall and was never very interesting in helping customers. But I feel alot more comfortable at Rosehill laundromat and don't mind driving the extra 4 miles to come here and get my clothes done read more

I'm almost hesitant to give this place 5 stars, as I want it to remain an undiscovered diamond in the rough. However, if you have to do laundry, and you have to go to a laundromat, this place is awesome. VERY CLEAN. I live literally 3 blocks from a laundromat but I will drive the extra 10 miles to this one simply because I don't feel like I have to burn my clothes if they accidentally fall on the floor here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi (you just have to have one of the attendants give you the password) free dry (a little tricky - you have to keep pushing the 'start' button once you put your card in) and LOTS of large-capacity washers and dryers. My only complaint is, since this is a card-operated (not a coinmach card, but their own store card) laundromat, you still need cash to load onto the card- the credit card function to load your card doesn't work. They do have an ATM on site. Also, wash and fold for $0.99/lb. I will continue to come to this laundromat until my boyfriend finally gets me the full-sized washer and dryer in our condo that I have been begging him for. read more

Wow, this is the cleanest and nicest laundromat I've ever seen. My washer broke and the laundry was piling up so I decided to bite the bullet and do all the laundry at once. Very clean and new machines. I was surprised at the pricing ($4.75 for a washer that holds the equivalent of two loads at home). The laundry card cost $1 and then you load the card with money. Each load gets you 24 minutes of free drying (which I didn't use so I guess it's still on my card as a credit). The attendant was very nice. Two large screen tvs. Pretty painless for something I was dreading. (I went between 8-9 a.m. and there were only about 5 of us doing laundry in the whole place so I think timing is everything here.) read more

My dryer broke so I needed to go to a laundromat. I have like three within two miles of where I live but I drove to Rose Hill after reading wonderful reviews. I got there at 9am and by 11am, I was back in the car heading home. I did five loads of wash and put them all in two dryers. I think I spent $21. The place (including bathrooms) were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and walked me through each machine and programmed the machines for me. I was a bit disappointed that I could not connect to the wifi but time went by very quickly, it was only 24 minutes per wash. The only complaints I have is that all our clothes smell like bleach. I guess they clean their machines with it. I do not use any bleach products in my home so the smell did stick out. Also the tv was on so loud and I am not used to that. I hope my dryer gets fixed soon but I would not hesitate to go back to this place. read more
