A lifesaver! Our washer broke and we still had clothes that needed washing while I was waiting for the clowns that AHS sent out to fix it. I used Yelp to reach out to a number of Wash/Dry/Fold places. Clean All was quick to respond and offered very reasonable rates. They even made suggestions for me to pass on to the repair people. I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. My clothes were washed, dried and folded in the most organized way possible. I put my first ever request for quote for a service that required a quick turnaround. Response was prompt with a quote and addressing my questions. Finding the business was interesting...it's one building with three doors (one for each business) and they don't connect. If you don't know that and/or don't know what to look for. Though I did not end up using the service, the employee in there was kind and patient as I was trying to figure if my capri pant needed hemming. She talked me through it and stated she liked the way the pants fit. She could've told me to hem them and make the money, but she instead gave me her opinion and stated she thought they were fine. Rounding up from 3.5. The gentleman that was there when I arrived may or may not he the same guy I spoke with on the phone this morning (he was very helpful) but when I got there, this man was slightly off putting. Felt he had to mansplain through the various denominations how many quarters I get from the change machine depends on what I point in ($1 gets me $1 worth of quarters and he went up to either ten or twenty as if this Mensa didn't grasp that concept when we were learning about money around first or second grade) but I kept my mouth shut. The past few days I've just been feeling off kilter including sense of balance, cold sweats and the like. So after I put my clothes in the washer (I was waiting for him to say I should've used one of the more expensive machine), a dryer sheet dropped to the floor. It may very well have come from my laundry bag. He saw it after I sat down and asked if I dropped it. I just said no. He nent over to pick it up and threw it away. More than 99% of the time, peopLe never ask and just pick it up unless it is something personal like a coat or scarf and they want the owner to get the item back. In fact, after he left, the woman doing other people's laundry simply picked up the sheets I left in the cart to which I said thank you. Oh, and from the creepy owner's playbook, he's pointing out where things ou like the coin and soap dispensing machines (which is actually very nice), and I could have sworn he said the change machine was behind me. Now, very stupid move on my part but one was clearly just the soap machine. The other looked like a snack machine and change machine combo. He sees I'm trying to put in a bill and tells me that is not the change machine and he pointed to the adjoining room where he told me he had already told me it was. Instead of saying part of not feeling well today meant I was distracted easily, In as much of a firm bit respect the alpha male tone of voice as I could muster, I insisted I misunderstood and proceeded to ,mumble it was taking my money even if I wanted to buy a San I. He never answered me. But the place was pretty clean. The prices were on the fair side. And the drier worked very well. Ps Just a few minutes ago, I got a text message from someone that seems to be the M MATA listed here as the owner. Local phone number. All he said was hello miss Cathy. If it is him, the fact he looked up on his phone log to get my number is stalker type creepy as well as he didn't identify himself or say anything other than hello. I didn't respond and blocked his number. If it is the owner, and he tries to contact me again by phone, I am going to call the police and let them decide what to do. Just wanted to use the self-serve laundromat. There are only a few washers (6 or 7 maybe). Only available washer was right by the door (which by the way gets stuck open unless closed firmly by hand). The aisle was quite narrow; not much space to operate/ navigate. And that unit was starting to fall apart. There was only one chair for waiting, and only 3 or 4 places to park. Might be OK if you drop off your laundry for the dry cleaner staff to do for you. Also, not sure if $3.50 for a load is competitive. That's higher than any campground laundry I have stayed at, but not sure if I should object to that price. Next time I need to wash the bathroom mats, I will go to Glebe Laundromat. Grateful that I can wash normal small loads in my apartment. read more

Clean All has done a good job with dry cleaning work jackets and dresses I've brought here. They initially did not fully remove a stubborn stain on a down comforter the first time and I was (apparently mistakenly) told by a clerk behind the counter when I brought it back that I had to pay the same amount again to have it re-cleaned (and even then, the stain still didn't come out!). But after posting on here about it, the owner clarified that I should not have been charged for the re-clean and offered a refund. Clean All is clearly committed to quality customer service. I will definitely keep coming back here for dry cleaning services and recommend others to do the same! read more

I dropped off two suits and when I came to pick them up, I was told that I had only dropped off one suit and a jacket and they changed my charges to reflect it. When I asked why they didn't call they said she thought she misunderstood. They insist end I didn't bring in the pants and that I had to check in my vehicle and at home, which I knew they weren't there, but checked anyway. When I came back again she still insisted I didn't bring it in, but then went to the back of the cluttered counter and found the pants under a rack of clothes. They did offer to clean the pants, but I needed them quickly and couldn't trust them after that and no apologies. Edit (from one star to four) After posting this review, the owner contacted me and apologized for the way his two employees handled the situation. He offered to make it right in a variety of ways and was persistent to the point that it satisfied me. I am revising it to four stars only because I shouldn't have had to deal with this in the first place but appreciate the lengths the owner took to make it right. read more

Update: One of the partners of this establishment called me tonight to personally follow up, explain their procedural changes based on their internal reviews and the feedback provided here, and to offer resolution. His phone call followed a direct message through Yelp. His concern for customers may be incentive enough to return. I'll update again if I return. Post 1: I was disappointed in this place. The efficiency of the woman who takes the clothes for wash and fold isn't very welcoming. Although, the biggest issue was that one of my black shirts came back with bleach stains. I was willing to take the 68% markup on the price. However, the clothes didn't smell like detergent. Also, the socks weren't folded into themselves. They were folded in half. When I got home, the bag they were in was not tightly tied. As a result, my inner ware was no longer folded when I opened the bag. This was definitely not worth the markup. I didn't call the manager to report. It was a bad first experience overall. For me, these are mistakes from which they cannot recover. read more

Nothing could be further than the truth, only, this business was the opposite: took them a short time to earn my utmost loyal business! These days, it can be hard to find a good business, with a hard working entrepreneur behind the wheel, providing excellent AND friendly service. But, not just excellent service--personal service at no added cost. After catching the metro after a loooong day at work, nothing unsual, only this time, I realized that I just missed my window to pick up much needed dry cleaning for work the next day. I called frantically, and wouldn't you know, someone answered. They were clearly closed, but the owner offered to meet me at the shop to let me pick up my uniform--the one day of the week that I actually had to wear them. I was overcome with relief! Moreover, I was overcome with the satisfaction that the owner was willing to go out of his way. This is clearly a testament of someone who genuinely cares for his customers and a proud business owner. I offered to pay extra for inconveniencing him, but he refused to take the extra money. I have always been pleased with this business, this situation is out of the ordinary, but clearly the best customer service I have had in recent memory. I have not only dry cleaned my clothes here, but have also taken my suits to get tailored. They have always done a great job, and I needed quite a few things altered because I transitioned from wearing a uniform daily to having to wear business suits. I went to Clean All to get various items of cloathing stitched. I had many pants that were torn either around the pockets or near the zipper. And I had the inside pocket of a jacket that was completely torn, not being able to hold items such as keys or wallets. They used a patch to stitch the hole in the coat pocket. As far as the tears in the pants, they did an excellent job - you can see where the stitched the tears but they aren't too noticeable if you're walking in crowd and someone really focuses in on you. Our dryer broke and laundry needed to be done before we found a replacement one on Craigslist. Thankfully I have every other Friday off, so I loaded up the car early on a recent Friday morning and drove a few minutes down the road to Clean All Laundromat on Wilson Boulevard. As a note, while the address may be Wilson Boulevard, the entrance is actually on the side and can be a bit hard to see (I missed it the first time) - if you are heading east on Wilson, keep your eyes open just after you pass the Ballston Animal Hospital. There is 2 hour street parking available in the neighborhood since the most of the parking spots in the front were inaccessible. Clean All has about 12-15 washers and 10 dryers available for use. Washers start at $2.25 and they are all front loading. Dryers are $0.25 for 6 minutes. Three loads of laundry cost me about $12 and less than 2 hours of my time. There is a TV you can watch with a remote so you can change the channel. There are also vending machines if you want a snack or drink while you wait for your clothes. If I ever need to go to a laundromat again to do laundry, I'll go back to Clean All since it is close to my house and was not busy. Thankfully though we found a replacement dryer for $50 on Craigslist so I'm not sure the next time I'll be back at the laundromat. read more

My washing machine died last week, so this is my second visit to Arlington Clean All. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and are quick to offer suggestions on which machine is right for your load and how much detergent to use. The machines themselves are all commercial quality and in great working order. It's a little tight moving around at times, but not uncomfortable. They have a chance machine, a table to fold your clothes, and rolling baskets to move them around easily. Hope to get my machine replaced soon, but I have to admit it's pretty convenient to do like 7 loads at once!! read more

The Gateway Westyn hotel we are staying in doesn't have self serve laundry. This place was a mile taxi ride down the street. It is clean, bright, has cold air conditioning and the attendant has been exceptionally nice. It is $3. for a large washer load and $1.25 to dry for 30 mins. My husband was nervous for me to go by myself but I feel safe. This is not a seedy part of town. read more

Alterations to make my dress larger were needed very last minute and they allowed me to drop my dress off and they then took it to their master tailor to be worked on in their Tysons Corner location. Overall, I'm pleased with the service. I've come a few times seasonally to dry clean coats/jackets/etc. They always do a great job and I had been brought in by the decent prices listed online, even though it's a bit out of my way. Since dry cleaning prices around here are either sky high or they destroy your clothes, I was pleasantly surprised and willing to go the extra distance for the discount. This time, however, when I got home, I noticed that the prices listed on my ticket were higher than normal. I called and the man who answered was immediately apologetic and explained that their prices had gone up due to their rent increasing, but that he'd give me the previous lower price this time, and later he texted me a copy of my new tickets for reference. I really appreciated the nice customer service, and they did a great job as usual. The only star deduction is due to how now the prices are closer to the places near my house, no longer really inspiring me to go out of my way. read more

We have tried this laundromat on 2 separate occasions - once to wash our large comforters and another time when our washer broke and needed to be repaired. For me, a good laundromat should have clean, new(er) washers, good quality dryers, and a change machine. This place meets all of my requirements. The washers and dryers are both in great condition and the prices are very fair. The ladies next door at the dry cleaners are always available to answer any questions or help in any way they can. There are also signs posted with a phone number to call in case a washer/dryer stops working. I would definitely recommend this laundromat to anyone in need of a washer and dryer. read more

Great experience! I needed a commercial washer and came to Clean All because it was close by. The laundromat is small, but it is very clean. They also offer a service that allows you to drop off your laundry and pick it up later, cleaned and folded. The machines were new and big. There were a couple of other customers, but there was still plenty of room for me -- no waiting. The only draw back was that a few of the machines were not working. While this wasn't an issue on a Monday at noon, I could see this posing a problem on a weekend. read more
