Not enough operating large washers. There were four of the largest machines costing 27 quarters. I…read morewaited 20 minutes or so, because only two were operating. Which was due to the coins being full to capacity. During entering my quarters it stopped because it would take any more coins. The service guy fixed the issue and proceeded to add the rest of my coins until it was ready to start. I had one more to start with proceeded fine. After the first machine was finished the service guy immediately put an out of order signed up and covered the coin slot with tape. After the second washer was finished. I still had one more large load to finish, so instead of me being able to use the first washer I had to wait until the second washer stopped to load my last load. Immediately afterwards, a out of service sign, and a piece of tape over the coin slot was put up. After finishing my last wash all four of the largest machines were out of service. Something as simple as dumping coins held me up an extra hour or so. Left the laundromat at 9:36pm An improvement would be having a coin collection mid day to avoid this from happening ir earlier in the evening.

She answered all my questions in detail as I was ready to go from there. I needed same day wash and fold service and booking was very easy. They arrived and returned clothes when they said they would and clothes were neatly folded, smelled amazing and I was extremely happy with my experience from beginning to end. Going in, I had NO idea what to do or what things would cost. A fellow customer advised me to use the extra large washers. I learned later that I added waaaaay too much cleanser. With all of my angst and mishaps, at every turn, there was someone to assist me, and mostly without asking! There are vending machines, a television, a few arcade games, a store and a counter to purchase detergents. There are little separation areas to keep you from feeling overwhelmed. My rug didn't ring properly, so my drying time was well over 1.5 hours, but that was because of the padding on the rug. I'm here on a Sunday morning. It is not crowded. There were some language barriers, but that didn't stop the staff from eagerly coming over to help me. You guys know I appreciate exceptional customer service! My only criticism (and it's slight) is what's going on in each phase of the wash cycle is not clearly marked. I would return.

I arrived on a Friday evening and there was plenty of parking. We quickly figured out that there are three different washing machine sizes (the two smaller machines were $3.50 and $4.50 a load) and they each take quarters. There's an atm on site, and a machine to change larger bills into smaller bills and smaller bills into quarters. The machines were clean and the there was an attendant with a red apron on keeping order throughout the place. This laundromat is not new or fancy, though they did have an in-house barber, snacks and even some games and most importantly, my clothes were clean and dry when I left. The dryers are in two separate rooms, which got pretty warm, though dried clothes quickly. There are carts to carry clothes from the washer to the dryer and then onward to get folded. There were a bunch of tables to fold laundry and people moved quickly to fold their clothes and move on.
