Was told by the salesperson that if we had any issues to just contact Hoffmans and they would be able to assist. Specifically mentioned that we would be moving g soon and had concerns about disassembly and reassembling the sectional. Was assured again this was a common concern and that Hoffmans would be able to provide someone to assist. It's not been a year and the speaker in the sectional only works on one side, the heated seat only work partially, the massager makes a horrible screeching noise. Additionally the planned move has come. Contacted Hoffmans and was told be the general manager that they are a "furniture sales store, they don't move furniture." I can understand the inherent liability which is why what I requested was assistance taking the sectional apart and putting it back together, I would hire movers separately. For the technical issues I was given the number for the manufacturer and subsequently referred to a technician that doesn't support my local area. The experience is why I support a small locally owned business. When that experience changes to something less than helpful there's no advantage in supporting that local business when the same product can be purchased from big box stores for a lower price. I spoke directly with Mandy the General manager. Quite possibly the least pleasant manager I've worked with ever. She made it quite clear that NO furniture company would EVER come out to assist with this type of request. I want to re-iterate, I am not asking for a free service. I am asking for a technician to come to my home and disassemble these furniture pieces for which I was never provided instructions. I fully expect this to incur an additional fee, this is what my salesman, Nathan, told me I could expect in the event I needed this service. Mandy made it known that I was beyond rude and hung up on me.

The second was a renovation of the master bathroom. While the previous owner had maintained the home reasonably well, the bathroom needed updates due to aging finishes and discoloration. Replacing the shower enclosure and the tub noticeably improved the space. The project took longer than originally planned due to delivery delays that were outside of their control. While the delay was not ideal, the team communicated clearly, and the final outcome met our expectations. Ashley coordinated the overall process and was very helpful in guiding material selections. Johnny, the owner, stayed involved and regularly checked in to make sure things continued moving forward. Jerrot handled the sink countertop and RO system work with care and attention. Marco and his tile team were consistent and highly responsive to our needs. Jose and his crew completed the flooring efficiently while maintaining good quality. APM also contributed well to the remaining tasks. Apologies if I missed anyone. Overall, despite the challenges with external logistics, ODF followed through on their promises and delivered solid, high-quality results. I am happy to give them a five-star rating and highly recommend them to anyone in the Norman, OK area looking for home improvements.

Let me start off by saying my lawn was green it was amazing to step out and feel the grass on my…read morefeet I take really good care of my lawn my goal WAS the best in the neighborhood so I called them out the first treatment went super well Demarco was super great explained everything clearly it was amazing he did his thing and left well a week or two went by and I noticed stickers popping up on my side yard again so I called to schedule a reapplication of the weed control so we skip the the appointment Jesus spays the weed control down and leaves a foot hanger that says "water tomorrow morning" so tomorrow water day so I wasn't worried the appointment was on wed the 21st by Tuesday my yard is yellow patchy and dead like pick up dead blades of grass and watch them blow in the wind Tuesday they send someone out and said the office sent me out cause you said you had a patch of dead grass as I answer look at my yard it's that patch man he walks around and looks then gets a probe and smashes it into the ground what I assume is a moisture meter of some sorts and says yeah your not watering enough ummm excuse me I water plenty so he explains to me the tuna can trick mind you Demarco explained that too me and I oddly did find it effective and that's how I know how much to water then he keeps telling I'm not watering enough it was back and forth with him and me I water enough I explained my lawn was looking GOOD GOOD before the reapplication fast forward the next day the supervisor calls and asks about it then he called the owner to ask for a free soil treatment owner says no I'll discount it 30% due to the compact soil so I decline because I had no issues before. You can clearly see their machine spay marks through my entire yard. I will not use ever again and will be speaking with an attorney about this. Brand new house 236,000 dollars and the outside looks like under a bridge and they won't make anything right shame shame

Phoenix was hired, but the service requested was a replacement service. Colton will not be onsite until August 7. Actual quality of service cannot be evaluated at this time.
