Normally I have always called and talked with the owner. There was s miscommunication regarding flight number and arrival time. When my group arrived at MCI I called and reached Marci Schilling who said my driver was not suppose to arrive until 115pm. So I looked at my confirmation and it stated arrival at 1245 pm. When I called back to speak to Marci she became very defensive and rude. Told me in an email how I should not "screw" and be taking "pot shots" at others. Additionally stated I could take my business elsewhere. Wow. I was amazed anyone would even suggest that since there are many other services to choose from. I will find another service in the future to satisfy Marci Schilling request.
