Poor communication between their workers and company. Tried to get me to send 60$ after telling me…read moreit was 80$ for removing some logs at the house. I figured it was just an accident and now they demand money for an issue on their end with scheduling. I explicitly said every 3 weeks and got confirmation via text and I even set up a recurring payment to keep this as streamlined as possible for myself and I get a message from the accountant saying I owe 40$ for mowing and that they changed it to every 2 weeks without telling me. Could've just asked first and I would've paid if I was kept in the loop but making decisions without the customer and demanding payment for unwanted service is ridiculous. This is an issue within the company and I don't understand how this wasn't able to just be resolved between the billing department and the contracted workers. The mowing is not anything spectacular either. Any other place will do just as decent of a job without the shitty billing issues.
