Rosedale TV and repair stole my dad's TV because he's in the wheelchair. He took the TV to be repaired . Gave him $40 and they bought his number because he's in a wheelchair and they know he can't get around . He's going to ask the police to help him get his TV back . Had another service come out to get an estimate on my 65" Sony TV and said the main board was bad. Wanted $600 to fix it and then said it would take time to get the part. Brought the TV to Rosedale TV repair on Wednesday morning and by Friday noon it was fixed for $435. Tony knows his stuff and works with you. read more

All I needed was a resistor. One. Little. 220-ohm. Resistor. 1/4 watt. 1/2 watt. Didn't matter. After a dozen calls around town I gave up trying to find a store that sells components off the shelf. These guys however dug around old boards they had hanging out on the shelves and work bench until they found me one. Saved the day. Thanks guys! read more

Morning all: Took my 55" flat screen for a check up as Super Bowl is COMING soon! That was on 1/23/2020, checked it in, got a receipt and an estimate. Next day, called and was told it could cost as little as ~$100, but maybe as much as ~$200 [advised that was not worth it. Took my TV to Tony at Rosedale TV as it had been acting weird. He look at it and found that it was not the set itself but my Directv box that was at fault. Told me what to do when I got home, I did what he said and everything is working fine. Tony charges $30.00 for his estimates and his expertise. He prefers cash, so if you go to him bring the cash with you. This guy is very nice. He has a tiny shop full of TV sets that he is working on but will stop what he is doing to take care of you when you walk in the door. Today most people are too busy to even be polite, but Tony is a gentleman with a smile for everyone. So if you need your TV repaired take it to this place. read more

I will never or recommend my family or friends to go to Rosedale TV repair. I had the worst experience there. We took our TV in to be fixed. They were kind of busy so he asked if I can leave it. He said he would diagnose it and call me back with the issue &pricing & I could decide then if I wanted to repair. When he called me he told me the issue was my motherboard and that my TV was ready for pick up. We were annoyed that he didnt ask before fixing it. He just did it. When I got there the next day he turned it on & explained that the numbers on part he replaced had to match in order for the TV to be fixed. Luckily he had that exact part in stock so he said he just went ahead & fixed it. He turned it on real quick ,& I mean real quick, to show me it turned on & they told me my TV was good as new. They even gave me my old motherboard so we can see what was replaced. We were excited to finally get our TV back. But when we brought it home there were lots of issues and features that did not function correctly. My husband tried to mess with the settings but nothing helped. The picture looked so distorted it made our eyes hurt. We called the guy and he said that he probably forgot to program it and ask for us to take it back. He also told us it was normal that my TV needed to be adjusted. My husband got suspicious and decided to open it up himself. We compared our part to the one in it & notice it did not match. The guy had put a motherboard for a 55 inch TV when ours was only a 42 in. When I went back and asked the guy to open it in front of me, so I could compare my old motherboard to the one he put in there, he got super defensive . Right away he said "I'm just going take the wrong part out, put your old part in and give you back your TV". He refused to repair my TV even after I asked him politely if he could simply order the right motherboard and replace it for us. But he still refused and told his wife to refund my money. He knew I had caught him in lie. He told me good luck finding the part you need and sent me on my way. Well guess what my husband found the part online, ordered it and replaced it himself. Instead of spending almost $200 to have it repaired, we spent $50 and did it ourselves. read more
