I have visited this place a few times now because I was pretty clumsy with my phone. Twice I dropped my phone in February and had a badly cracked phone screen. Each time they were able to fix my phone and return it looking brand new. It takes them about 2 hours to do the repairs. There's a mall up the street and plenty of restaurants near by so the wait goes by pretty fast. I found out about them through my phone insurance. Dealing with the insurance is another story, but dealing with Celltech Fix Pro was very easy. The last time I went I decided to also buy a liquid screen protector for some extra drop protection. They installed it right in front of me and explained how the liquid works. I felt taken care of walking out of there, and I was comforted knowing they offer a warranty on there service. If anything goes wrong related to their repairs I can bring it back and they will fix it. These guys know they're stuff and have great customer service. You can't get faster and better service than this, and at more than reasonable pricing. Specially when the Tech was willing to drive 50 miles (from Bakersfield to Strathmore) on Easter Sunday, to get your company cell phone up and running. I discussed over the phone what the issues where (touch screen not operational, broken screen, and bad screen protector). He quoted me on the price, and kept his word once he was done fixing my cell phone. "Serg" was very friendly and worked from the trunk of his car outside my driveway, just awesome service. I was given an IPhone X and I reached out to CellTech via Yelp for a quote to repair my cracked screen and charging port. CellTech responded within 15 minutes with a quote. I wasn't able to take my phone to the shop that evening and Sercan (The Owner) offered to come to my house to take care of the repair!
