After 3 weeks of having a phone my son dropped and cracked the screen on a Galaxy S8 plus. I was frustrated because this was the same phone I took on vacation for two weeks without a case and I didn't drop it once. Great price so I show up then they say it's $75 and then deny anyone ever quoting such a price and then said you must have called another shop . I have the number on my cell that I called so I guess Yelp and google must have their number incorrect. I was calling around for days seeing what businesses were open due to the virus this one popped up with I believe 4.4 so gave them a call they are open around the hour I needed them to be open to get my phone repaired I asked if I was able to watch my phone be worked on and the man told me yes over our phone call I got there about 3:45 or 3:55 yesterday I got into their building showed them my phone and told them what I wanted to get done Which was just getting my screen repaired he was telling me that the iPhone button and my camera might not work again do to how damaged my phone was but that he was still able to fix the screen so I said as long as my screen is fix go ahead and fix it so I know if I have to come back and get the button or camera fixed and then the owner or boss asked me to step outside and wait till they were done working on my phone but a day prior to getting my phone fixed they told me I could stay in and watch my phone be repaired so I stepped outside and waited but He didn't answer the questions that I Had asked because his boss asked me to step outside so I had a few more questions 20 minutes into them working on my phone I went in to ask them do they fix the button can you fix the camera if there broke can they order these parts to be told didn't you hear me the first time Apple has to fix the button and Camera then told rudely to go back outside due to the virus which I completely understand But you're in the same building as a barbershop and the barber shops entrance is the same entrance as your phone repair shop people that are going in to get a haircut are passing through your business with no gloves or no mask on and you guys had no mask on and that's OK but it wasn't OK for me in my mask to stand there and watch you fix my phone don't tell your customer over the phone that it is OK for them to watch their phone be repaired in Front of them in your shop So that being said the screen lcd had discoloration it's grayish yellow The screen doesn't even fit the frame of my phone so if water were to get on my screen it would go down in behind the screen to the battery and destroy my phone so my phone will end up with water damage if that happens the charging port won't take my charger all the way in it , my phone is not holding a charge I called and told them that I wasn't satisfied with their work and that it's Discolored lcd and it's not holding a charge and when I make phone calls the screen doesn't go off so my cheek pushes all kinds of buttons so now I have to talk on speaker , he told me I could come back in and get a new screen put on but it would be the same problems and they can see what's wrong with my charger port and everything else but it would cost extra I'm very upset with the news they give over the phone but when you get there it's something else and also the screens are the cheapest screens you can order these off of wish or Amazon for $10 the screens fucking suck shit I could've ordered one I don't even know how to fix screens and I could've Done a better job then they gave me I do not recommend anyone to come here at all read more

Guy at in store was nice and great at multitasking making sure to talk everyone that walked in door while still working on product in store. Changed out screen in less then 15 mins. I won't say how much I paid because services like this change price, but I will it was $15 less then anyone else in town. Spent 2-3 days calling around looking for best price and they are by far best price and fastest repair time. I have another phone to fix I will definitely be back. I came here to get my cell phone screen replace, they put the home button backwards and told me the glue wear off cuz of time, and now a couple weeks latter the screen that they put on is coming out! I'm gonna have to take it somewhere else and get it replace, BTW they have a sign that if people give them 5 stars here they give them a free screen protector, which docent work and crack a few days later! I am so upset right now. My phone glass shattered, and the charging port to the phone wouldn't charge. I had an identical phone, but it messed up a lot and I no longer used that one. All of my photos and videos were stored on that old phone. I asked Joe if the phone could be repaired using parts from my old phone. He said yeah $40. I asked if there was anything I needed to do before bringing the phone for repair, he said no. I had my husband bring the phones down to the shop. Once there they took out the mother board from each phone and swapped them. I didn't realize they were touching any of the hardware in the phones. I thought it would all be technical. They used the old phone shell and put the new phones motherboard in it. Then put the old phone mother board in my new phones shell (the one with the shattered screen) This is not what was discussed over the phone. I was happy at first because I didn't have to replace any parts they just switched the brain of the phones into opposite bodies and I thought ok great works for me. Then today I went to use my old phone and retrieve some of my photos I had stored on that phones hard drive. Opened the gallery and it said no items. The entire gallery was empty not one photo not one video. When I called to let them know what happened they claimed it wasn't them. They don't mess with the software only the hardware of the phone and that my motherboard must have deleted it on it's own during transfer. I have had this phone for damn near 3 years and not once has the mother board deleted anything on it's own. Nothing was wrong with that motherboard or phone it just lagged a lot when using apps. They erased all my memories and take no responsibility for it. Be sure to back up anything and everything before taking it to them they will not be held responsible for their actions, also make sure they tell you exactly what they plan to do in person at drop off before you let them touch the phone. I was told one thing over the phone and they did something completely different at the shop. I was told they would switch out parts, but instead they switched out mother boards. read more

What I got back was a used, pitted glass AND they took out my perfect lcd and swapped it with a piece of trash junk. It does not even connect with Google now. I decided to go back to Apple and when they opened my phone they said whoever had been in there before switched some screws around. When I went back some other guy told me that wasn't possible and that I must have broken it myself. Tried to charge me the same amount I spent to fix the screen to fix that tiny home button.
