I researched various places to go, and after reading the reviews online, made the appointment for the 30 minute consultation at Foot Dynamics. Janice was very friendly and thorough durning my initial visit and showed me several things to do at home to cure the pesky little pain in my foot. Since I was buying the packaged insoles at various other stores, I opted to go with the custom made pair. It hit me like a ton of bricks that my feet were different, so why have the same orthotic for both! Today, 02-06-2023, I went in early to my appointment to pick up my orthotics to discuss shoes. Mark assited me and was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out a pair of Altra's. He made sure my size was correct by putting me in a half size bigger stating that the Altra tends to run smaller. Once I had the shoes, Janice put in the orthotics and a very noticeable improvement was found! I'm hoping to be to be top notch for the upcoming Europe trip knowing I'll be walking aLOT!! I live quite a ways from Boise, but I'll make it a point to come here for my shoe needs in the future. Very happy to have found a place with great and helpful people!

After wearing my shoes I went back because I developed a bilister. The blister became infected and I had to have my big toe amputated. I thought fitting the shoes was to prevent this type of situation. Now I have to find another shoe store to buy shoes. When I talked to the owner he didn't seem to care. After complaining I did get my money refunded. I am now searching for a solution for my shoes. Please do not go to Rosendalhs to buy shoes. You will regret it like I did. I gave them 3 weeks to try and sort that out to no avail, which If I'm being totally honest, is not their fault. When I first went into this place, the "specialist" who saw me asked several questions INCLUDING if I was Diabetic, which I am NOT. So, immediately there was a question about insurance. I told him regardless, I just had part of my foot amputated. I desperately need help walking. HOW MUCH IS A PAIR OF ORTHOTICS? His definitive answer: $150 per pair. No other feees? NO. Ok, I can cough that up for my feet. So they scanned my feet and placed the order. 3 weeks later I drive an hour to go pick them up and they bait and switch and now they are $466. That's $316 MORE than what they told me it was originally. To say I was beyond furious is an understatement. Then I was told that if I WAS diabetic, they would be $150. Ok, we'll try this: I suddenly identify as being diabetic. This is Boise, after all. We should be able to play their liberal games... Well, since I wasn't diabetic when I ordered them now they're $466. They can keep their F U C K I N G orthodicks. I honestly truly despise businesses like this.

I have been working with John…read moreand Pacific Medical since the spring of 2019, and all I have is praise for their knowledge, care, and stick-to-it attitude. I was referred to Pacific Medical due to neuropathy in my lower extremities and charko in both feet. This condition is very painful and broken bones to not heal. I was ready for both feet to be amputated. John did his research and identified a cross between a prosthetic and orthotic device that transfers body wight away from the feet and onto the calves. If is wasn't for John and his" out of the box" thinking, I feel I wouldn't be walking today. I was originally referred to a different company who worked with me and then told me cost of service. They stated it would be almost 6500 dollars. I explained j could not afford that and asked them if they had payment options. Just to be clear, it was not worth it. I went to Coyote and within the first day I had already caste my leg and was told about payment options. The staff is phenomenal and they truly care for you. So bad it was getting very painful to walk. Doctors wanted to operate. The difference, your doctors custom orthotics is it's a perfect mold of your already damaged foot! Good Feet's approach is to Correct your foot with their inserts! Yes they are expensive and you need more then one. But they work and more then likely you'll feel relief when your in the store trying them on. My daughter had a similar issue to mine. She had relief as soon as they put the inserts in her shoes! Guess everyone is different but don't be afraid to try this.
