I want to start by thanking Dr.Rosenthal and everyone at the office for the best bedside manner and kindness. I'm no stranger to breast surgeries as I've had awful experiences with my implants in the past and I found Dr. Rosenthal to do my implant removal. I had consultations with a few well recognized surgeons before meeting him and the difference in consultations was very different. Dr. Rosenthal went over ALL of my options in depth and really gave me all the tools to make a very confident and informed decision. Leading up to surgery I was in contact with Autumn the surgical coordinator and she really helped walk me through all of my pre-op and financial obligations so well. She was always easily accessible for any questions and I NEVER felt like I didn't have all of the information I needed at hand. I have friends going into surgeries without even meeting with their surgeon before the day of surgery just to touch base and that was not my experience at all. We met again two weeks before Surgery and went over in detail the pre-op, surgery, and recovery. It was by far my best experience with any plastic surgeon! The surgical center was very clean and the entire staff on surgery day was exceptional. I really can't thank everyone enough for such a wonderful experience especially being so tainted by bad ones. Everyone at the office of Rosenthal Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery is amazing. I have been going to their Medical Esthetician, Jennifer Mignano for years and can't imagine letting anyone else touch my skin. She is so knowledgeable and is always recommending what is the best face, neck, and chest. Dr. Plastini is also so great! He does all of my injectables. I've never seen results show up so quickly and he's very patient with my questions and actually LISTENS to what I want. Dr. Plastini is so gentle and makes all of my injectables look so natural. I had the worst experience imaginable with this doctor. He made all these empty promises, I never discussed risks with me, and he left me with issues that I am still trying to repair. It's been taking up so much of my time just trying to get my money back from my credit card company. He cost me a lot of pain and suffering. And there's no reasoning with him. They only care about your money. Don't worry they offer 'discounts' that came out to be the normal cost. Also I had one more facial treatment, came in for my appointment and they said I finished it last month... no that was not the case. They also stated even though I paid $1700 (originally $2000, apparently they gave me a "great discount") I had to pay an additional $900 to completely remove my scaring... I still have no idea what the $1700 went to considering my skin has not improved from the 9 months I have been visiting. read more
