I was set to have a nearly $9000 operation that was scheduled on an agreed time and date and they know I'm driving from a long distance for it and they left a message AFTER HOURS the night before it changing the time earlier in the morning making travel impossible and this was not agreed on at all. They obviously left the message after hours the night before (have screenshots and time stamps and voice to txt of the vm they left showing they changed the time without authorization) so that I would miss it and forfeit the surgery and not be eligible for a refund.

So after over 4 years since the initial liposuction procedure I've come to the conclusion that it…read morewas not worth it for me. Basically my worst fear has been realized that my face looks worse now than it did before due to the unevenness of the result and the 2.5 inch scar I have from the second procedure. After the initial surgery it was obvious that the left side of my sub mental area was much fuller than the other. I went to about half a dozen follow up appointments where I was told it was from post op swelling, fluid rentention and finally scar tissue. After being told it was due to weight gain, I asked the dr to look at my progress photos showing my left side has been fuller since the initial surgery. At that point he gave me a cortisone injection which didn't help at all. After a year of follow ups and wearing a compression garment for at least 12 hours a day I was finally told I needed another procedure to remove scar tissue on the left side. Although I was afraid of having another procedure especially with the same doctor, I ultimately agreed since it was the only way I would have a chance at getting the result I wanted without having to pay for a whole new procedure with a new doctor, which I couldn't afford. I assumed the procedure would be like the initial one and wasn't told anything to the contrary, but I was wrong. Instead of having the small half inch scars I had during the initial procedure, I had a two and a half inch scar across the entirety of my chin. This wasn't mentioned to me in the office but rather I realized it when I removed the bandages at home. I'm not sure which is worse, the fact that my left side was still substantially fuller than the right, or the large scar I'm left with that is still and probably always will be incredibly noticeable. When I brought my concerns to Dr. Ress' attention a year and a half ago he told me the only solution was yet another procedure. I couldn't bring myself to take another risk, so decided to wait it out and see it gets better. Well here we are 4.5 years later and its still the same. I also have little to no feeling on the left side and it will often start to feel swollen and hot randomly. I'm just heartbroken with this outcome. I spent money I shouldnt have and time in pain/recovery I'll never get back. Dr. Ress was always nice and to his credit offered another procedure as a solution, but I can't take the risk of it getting worse. At that time she suggested a Lipo fill to both breasts. I agreed to the procedure. Due to improper technique and lack of understanding dimensions in the body I ended up with huge craters where my hips used to be. i have fat necrosis where the injections were made. To her credit she admitted what happened and tried to fill it in a couple viles of sculpture at no charge. It didn't come close to working. She then told me she could do nothing more about it. My scar was not closed properly the glue was twisted and gaping on one end. Also she performed a capsulotomy which was never discussed prior to surgery. I just had another plastic surgeon repair the damage that was done. I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I trusted her and felt very betrayed.
