The invoice and the emails gave pickup dates but no address to pick it up. It also said I would be getting an email notifying me of the pickup address. I never received such email. I will add none of their emails went to my spam. I got all of them in my inbox, just none of them had the pickup address or specific times. When I emailed and inquired about why I wasn't getting the information I was met with a rude reply, quote "not our problem" in addition to more. Nothing a professional company should say to a customer. I will never deal with this company again

No one should live like that. Chris and his crew stepped in and cleared out all rooms, taking many items for donation and other items to be trashed. They cleared out his kitchen which had so many canned/boxed food items that were expired. Chris even moved items so they weren't a tripping hazard, he pointed out fire hazards too. He did all of this with compassion and understanding, even recommending a company to help with ongoing cleaning/care to avoid my relative's place returning to its unlivable state. He even provided tax documents for donated items. I live out of state and couldn't be there, and Chris communicated with me throughout the process, sending me videos as he progressed. I even got quotes from competitors who weren't as compassionate or affordable. I highly recommend Orion's Attic!! Chris is amazing!!

I had been to two of their prior sales. One of them was a massive mansion in Chevy Chase and the other a victorian house in Bethesda. At the Chevy chase sale I must have spent a little over $500+ on various luxury furniture items which would have cost a fortune in the high end stores and also purchased a couple of small items like books and stuff. The guy running the sale I forgot his name but he gave me a awesome deal on the stuff. Also even help me load the small stuff in my car. Had to call a buddy with a pickup truck to haul the furniture items. At the Bethesda I purchased a diamond ring for a girl I was planning on marrying which didn't work out. I didn't want to continue the relationship. So I took it to a jewelry store to get it cleaned and polished and they said I got a good deal on it so I'm still happy. I can always get it resized for the next fiancé. Lol. The Bowie sale I just purchased a few silver coins. I would advise everyone come early to these guys sales. The Chevy Chase sale had a massive line of people waiting but they were letting like 30 people in at a time. They tend to get the big houses and mansions with the rare and awesome stuff so I definitely recommend checking out their sales. Only downfalls is parking can be a little tricky due to the massive crowds of their sales. But with any estate sale I always go early. Also some of the other customers get a little crazy at the sales because of the rare stuff people find. Overall A+++++
