Returns/Customer Service should always be staffed by any and every retail enterprise. Then there is always a back up for cashiers. I guess being a manager no longer requires that common sense skill. Someone from our group got nervous on her paddle board with it being her first time, and one of their staff quickly brought her a kayak. They reassured her that everything was ok, and even got her caught up to our group. Our tour guide was also very informed of the area and gave us great information about the wild life. The only good section in the store were shoes . Clothing was so bland that nothing caught my eye which is so disappointing, handbags were 1/5 and no good designer sunglasses. I ended up with a few pairs of great heels but no accessories , clothing etc fir use Service was good abut holy wow if you have to use the bathroom while shopping , run to find someone because the door is only opened with a code.
